Prima Music Eilat in Eilat

Mixed feelings, but nothing highly negative.
Receptionists weren't friendly, and ours seemed totally bored and not willing to connect with us customers. Reception is fully renovated, very appealing, the hotel has its own large parking lot, makes it convenient, as not every eilat hotels have one.
Our room (for 3 pax) wasn't renovated, and screamed for one.
It was large enough for 2 adults and 1 child, large closet in the entrance, cute view from a small window to the sea.
The bathroom needed as well a good overall.
Another con is the pool, it has the weirdest opening time, 09h15 to 15h45, considering that the sun is well up by 7 am, that local lifeguards are using the facility daily to train by that time, and sunset was 17h00 after Winter tike change during that weekend.
And the garden surrounding it is gorgeous, a wonderful lawn, plenty space to seat and have drinks, but only accessible during pool opening time, which made the facilities unusable.
Note to mgmt : 08h00 to 17h00 is the norm in other local hotels, and keeping the lawn accessible after pool closure (you already surround the pool with a separate fence after closure) should be enabled, except the lobby there arw no other place where to seat.
Main pro for this hotel :
- an outstanding breakfast, 5 stars level, show cooking and a huuuuge choice. Perhaps wider fruits in your fruit salad will be the only improvement I could ask
- a fantastic location, if you want to be near the beach and the coral reef, thr hotel is right there. Snorkeling and scuba diving 100m from the reception, and a large choice of restaurants between the hotel and the beach front.
So if you book a renovated room (as of today only available to 2 pax max per room), this hotel is perfect, exclusion of the pool and the huge garden opening times, that makes no sense in Eilat.

We came to Eilat to take part in the 2025 Desert Marathon. We received the rooms early and were to relax before all the race preparations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We received 4 rooms, each 2 had a connecting door. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful!

Definitely recommend this location and hotel as it was very close to the best snorkeling in the area and full of dive shops. Only issue which is understandable is that since out of season, the pool closed too early at 3:45pm

We arrived late but soon they were so hospitable and upgraded our room (1st floor fully refurbished) - the cleanliness and shower is exceptional and the breakfast is all we needed for the entire day with everything you can think of and if you like bufet dinners they have the best but expensive if you don’t order ahead with your room. If you have a car you can eat dinners very good and cheap in eilat.
The snorkeling and if you want scuba is the best in this area apart from we hear in Egypt but you can’t take rental cars out of Israel. Highly recommended hotel and area rather than down town Eilat.

For this price, maybe the best hotel in Eilat. Close walk to the sea, Nice pool area. Food in the morning and evening great. But the best of all is the direktor of animation team Moshe Salsa and his fantastic team. Tomer the right hand of Moshe Salsa is so helpfull in all belongings. What a team !!! WoW !!! This hotel is worthless without Moshe and his team, espescially Tomer and Nitzan.

This is our 5th visit in the hotel, we are coming back for a reason The best family hotel in Eilat excellent staff great facilities with very good breakfast & dinner. Perfect vacation at Prima Music Hotel We returned to Prima Music Hotel after three years – and what an amazing upgrade! Everything has improved: the rooms, the cleanliness, and the food – simply excellent. Most importantly, the entertainment team led by Moshe Salsa is outstanding. They create a joyful atmosphere, great energy, and a truly warm feeling throughout the stay. It used to be very good – now it’s excellent. We’ll come back, bli neder

An amazing experience, we were three families there and the hotel staff is great, keeping the children active and giving quiet time to the adults. Many thanks to the dedicated and charming Moshe Salsa for making our time enjoyable, we will definitely be back.

Great experience. We had a lovely time. Everything was to our satisfactory (family of 4, 2 children and 2 adults). The crew is nice and helped with every request we had, food is OK, very nice apearance of the common areas and room.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
