It's really nice and cosy place to stay while being in Beer Sheva. Rooms are perfectly clean and specious with modern and nice interior. Nice and friendly stuff made our stay easier by giving us helping hand

Issues and Service Gaps There were two major factors that dragged the experience down: Enforcement of Rules: Despite "No Smoking" signs being posted, the staff does not enforce them

There is also a kiosk serving coffee, tea, juices, and pastries in a clean, enclosed garden with benches and tables. However, the main restaurant was a disappointment

However, while the physical space is impressive, the actual service and experience left us feeling that it is about 30% overpriced for what you actually get

The best thing I can say is this place is very very clean, 5 stars in this aspect. There are great pools for small children. And although we had no towels and the tv wasn't working it was fixed very quickly by the staff

The hotle welcome us with music and Brasilian show. beside a lot of snakers. 6 swimming pool's Delicios food many activity's for the child's one of the best hotels I have ever been

Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat

The room and area are indeed old, elevators are slow, and doors do not always open in the required floor. Lobby and pool are nice, and will be great in Winter

Great hotel directly at the beach with nice outdoor pool. The restaurants offered variety of fresh food and the waiters were always kind and helpful. The bar served amazing cocktails and drinks

we really enjoed at last stop in Israel for tree days our vacation in the Eilat. Everything that you cooked was more than amazing. Be it the starters, the main course, hogging all the desserts

The rooms are clean and comfort for families, nice kitchen. Also I cannot express how much we am thankful for restaurant arranging everything so well brekfasts and dinners

Staff in general was really great and friendly. The rooms had a really nice side view of the beach. Oldtown, bars, restaurants and sights are in walking distance

A big surprise was the breakfast, shaking in its variety, very tasty. we didn't even think breakfast could be a holiday, every morning. Not far from the sea, shops, cafes and a bus station are within walking distance

Firstly, they settled us immediately upon arrival (we arrived at 13. 00), received us cordially and warmly. Secondly, cleanliness and order are everywhere

I did a little dusting off the furniture and removed stains/spots from the refrigerator. I didn't report these mishaps to the management because the cleaners and standards are the reflection of management

I liked the gym and executive lounge. Beach was close and very nice

The bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. The televison had a mind of it's own. We turned it off and it would come on and it kept cutting out. The rooms were very dark, very bad lighting

The bed was really comfortable and the food, extremely good, but cleanliness of the rooms really pulled the hotel standard down. No spare pillows or blankets were provided

I realise that the emphasis is on Herod's but a little bit of extra thought should be given to the Herods Boutique. I also read on their site that car parking was free

We booked the Leonardo Plaza for 3 nights , but were told that we had been upgraded to the Herods Boutique which sounded great

The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear every party or performance from a kilometer away. A room for three adults was arranged as for a couple and a child even though there was a request for 3 separate beds

The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The food isn’t exceptional, but it’s decent, with few choices. The pool is small and not very sunny. The hotel is facing the sea, with a pleasant promenade to walk along

I expected some issues with language barriers and cultural differences, but the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay amazing

We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv

It's really close to the bus station though, which is convenient if you are traveling via bus. It's about a 20 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at the center of the town

Great hotel , rooms are clean with fine details, service is excellent. Front dest was really helpful, Pavel and Angelina from reception was very nice, efficient and helpful

The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around alone as a female in that area

The hotel is very nice and clean. Even though it is a small hotel it has everything from a kids play room, arcade room and pool. The food was very good and plenty

4 pools toddlers, heated, outside. Location is ok - not near the beach but 5 min walk from the beach and mall hayam. Maintenance - can be better but quite enough for me

We got half board which was basically all inclusive with unlimited drinks, slushies, coffee, snacks, etc. The staff was very nice and friendly

The only downside was that we were on the first floor opposite the pool, which was a bit noisy. The lobby and pool bars are included in the price, offering unlimited beer and cold drinks

Hotel has shared pool and shared dining room to the adjacent hotel. Pool timings need to to checked before u reserve a room. I personally had a broken shower handle

Place is not as you see in the adds but it's a Great place I will definitely come back, it's obviously not the fancyest, but value for money is definitely the best! Wish they will keep with level of service and the fair price

There is an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, a beach bar and music. This is open 10-4pm in the winter months and 9-6pm in summer. The pool temperature is great and a good place to relax

You can get pool towels from the lobby. The location of this hotel is good with bus routes nearby and some supermarkets a 5 minute drive away

Slowly at an easy run, about halfway through the course and half way, I increased my speed until the last quarter, when I still wasn't running fast, and then towards the end I started running fast and overtook everyone who was on the way (because they ran fast from the beginning and I was running easy and I wasn't as tired as them) and you can say that it was enough I was easily among the first and...

A ceremony was held where medals were distributed to each participant and then there were three of us on the podium and after honoring I went up and received the medal as the winner in 1st place - 1 I have this medal to this day

They allow you to use the shared spaces after check out as well. The only negative was that the walls were very thin and people were outside playing with kids and yelling until well past 11pm

Were I to have any criticisms it was the excessive use of disposable cups, air conditioning which stayed on all the time and doors which were left open, wasting further energy

Great hostel, great location, thin walls. We were pleasantly surprised having never stayed at an HI hostel before. Check in was easy, the room was simple but perfect

There was a supervised outdoor swimming pool, partly in the shade, which was a lovely way to cool off

We loved that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate so our family bathroom time was more efficient. There was a basketball court, large pool, and outdoor green space available - great for kids

The bus dropped us off a few metres away and it was HOT in that bit of desert. The location was great - a very short walk to the base of Masada, which we and many others climbed at 5:00 am to watch the sunrise

The place is really nice. Pretty bog pool and the kids were happy. The sea is just over the road. Nice breakfast. Convinient store near. And it 5 minutes walk from restaurants an bars. The staff os really warm.

Low-cost hotel, various of rooms. We’ve slept in the dorms for 5 people. They provide sheets, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, towels. Restroom, shower, mini-fridge, AC in each room. The breakfast & dinner are ok

Once you know what you are getting into the location and the options around for the price paid make this the ultimate family hotel all around Israel! Love coming back to the HI hotel chain all around Israel

This Hostel is amazing! Beside the associate, But only two of them at the reception. One of the lady at the reception gave us the Feeling that we are not welcome at all
