Staff outside of the facility was very rude

They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. I asked him nicely to change my room and they refused they offered me another mountain view with a little bit of sea view. So I would not pay for the extra sea view room if I was you cuz he'll probably do it to you also...

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean but the service is not so good. 1. We didn’t get bathrobes 2. We asked the cleaner for extra coffee pods, he said he will bring us and we didn’t get any. 3. The hotel is located close to the Dead Sea beachfront, with towels and gowns provided. Also available are spa facilities, pools, Jacuzzi, and a sauna. The all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner menus made lunch redundant. A coffee machine with capsules in the room was icing on the cake!

Even though check in was at 4, the woman at check in said that one of the rooms we booked was available for check in at 2. That gave us the ability to change into swimsuits and use the facilities earlier. It was an unexpected courtesy that we were so grateful for.

If you're looking romgo to Masada, this is the one and only place that is walking distance. It serves its purpose well. Just know that if they have groups of kids, they can be very noisy, especially while eating. Also, they have no staff to ask questions at night. Convenient Great location to visit Masada. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was when we returned in the evening, we had to wait a long time for someone to open the gate to let us into the property.
