Astral Nirvana Suites in Eilat

We stayed at Astral Nirvana Suites in Eilat and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.

The general maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Both the hotel areas and the room were not clean, and the indoor pool was especially unpleasant — the water was dirty, the deck around the pool looked almost rotten, and there were many flies constantly flying around, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.

We also had ongoing issues with the room key. The door frequently wouldn’t open properly, and we had to go to reception for assistance almost twice a day, which was very frustrating.

In addition, the bed in our room was broken. I reported it in the morning, but nothing was done until I complained again in the afternoon. My husband had to sleep on the couch for one night, and it took a full day for the bed to finally be replaced.

The food quality was also very poor. We had breakfast and dinner included, but the food was so bad that we ended up taking the kids out to eat elsewhere.

The only positive things about the hotel were the open bar in the lobby — free drinks for adults and slushies for the kids

Even with the cheap cost, the overall experience was so poor that it simply isn’t worth the stay. Due to the lack of cleanliness, bad maintenance, and low-quality food, we will not be returning.
