First I must say that I was surprised by the name "Hotel" as for me the organisation of the five rooms seemed more like an Airbnb. Even though the "Oliver Hotel" was quick to answer my questions by mail I never had someone's name nor did I ever see anyone. The room was really clean but definitely not sound-proof - luckily the air-conditioning cut out some of the noise from the restaurants and bars...

I would definitely go back to the Oliver in Tel Aviv. Location was central, the room and common room were spotless, renovated and tastefully decorated. There were some nice touches added like a bottle of water, soda water and nuts in every room. Check in was easy since I was emailed the code in advance. Ness Hotel is much recommended! It's in a real good location 2-3’ away from Jaffa beach, the facilities are good and the room was clea. But the best thing is the staff!! Very polite and helpful people with warm hearts! Especially Matt! He understood that we had a problem with our credit card during the taxi payment and he helped us so much! I spent just one night here before an early morning flight from Ben Gurion. Excellent staff - friendly and professional. Nice size room. Comfortable. Decent WiFi. Great location. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. A bit noisy but it was a Thursday night....I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. All necessities are available in the rooms with the possibility of additional towels. The ratio of price and quality is perfect and if I come again I will stay at Ness. Special praise for Matan at the reception, he helped us a lot and made our stay unforgettable :)

We chose this hotel because of price, it means we had no high hopes. So room was really really small, a bit dirty, but we had big balcony - so we spent most of time there. Stuff is really great - Thank You Matan for everything you did for us. :)

I highly recommend to stay at Ness hotel! It is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. The team is very accommodating, friendly and care about their gust. It felt to me like I am staying at my good friend's house. I shared with them that from now on I will only stay at this hoten when I travel to Israel.

Hotel room was enjoyable, but we had a not so great experience with the spa. The towels and robes were very scratchy, and I am pretty confident that my masseuse has never received formal instruction for massage. I was so physically uncomfortable the entire time, I was debating whether to tell her to just stop the massage. However she did not speak English and I didn’t want it to turn into a whole ordeal...

As always, the staff at the Alexander made us feel at home. Front desk/check hosts are very accommodating and the process is seamless. Moshe the manager is awesome. Standard room is roomy! If you are looking for a budget Hotel then it is perfect. Amazing location - Opposite beach and most happening places are with in 3 km. Very ordinary rooms and toilets. average breakfast. some Staff behavior is tough/rude. Dispute all odds we enjoyed the stay.

Realy a nice hotel. You can swim in a nice pool or go to the beach a cross the street. The rooms have views of the sea . The breakfast is amazing. I will go there again anytime. It did make our vacation even more amazing. Also you can walk alone the beach to Jaffa. Here you can cute restaurents- and behind it many cute stores.

We live close to the hotel and are very familiar with this property. The rooms are newly remodelled and we had a very pleasant stay. We loved our stay at the Renoma! The location is great (one block from the beach), and the service was outstanding--the staff was so friendly and eager to cater to our questions and requests. This was a miracle - we were supposed to stay at the Brown Beach House which is across the road, but it was so dirty so we refused. We crossed the road and went into the reception of the Renoma and were so lucky that they had a room available. Very simple rooms but very clean. Everything works, the bed is comfortable, good WiFi. Has free coffee and tea, air con works. Not too noisy. It's in the middle of Forentine, so you can walk anywhere easily. Compared to other hotels in tel Aviv it is reasonably priced. I went there twice and I will book it again in the future. Parking on the street is possible, but you can probably win the lottery...

It is clean and cpmfortable place close to the center of Tel Aviv. There is an inside garden and the roof for spending time there, which is very pleasant.

Very nice rooms with advanced check-in system. They gave us an upgrade free of charge in a bigger room with a balcony and they left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The staff at the reception was very helpful. They even leave a list of good restaurants and pubs to explore in the area. The room was nice, modern and clean. The location is very good! not for couples!!! We reserved the deluxe room with balcony... We got a room on the rooftop on the Fourth floor it was not nice ... The room was depressing with no view and the only window was to the patio where other guest can hang ..no privacy!!! The facilities like air conditioning and bath, kitchen were ok. The patio is fine but you don't get Street view which is one of the most fun in Tel Aviv...

Pretty decent small hotel very close to both beach and most of the interesting landmarks in Tel Aviv. My single bed room was pretty tight but clean, staff was nice and helpful. On the rooftop you can lay down and chill for a bit. The only two remarks I have are that storage in my room could be easily doubled and that there was no cup in the room.

Nice Hotel berween the Beach and Carmel Market. The room was small but clean. There is no Restaurant but it's great if you're searching for a good priced accomodation. You have 2 supermarkets on the other side of the road where you can buy food and drinks. You can reach the beach within a 5 minutes walk.

Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.
