Delightful staff and room cleanliness

The room was clean and quite large. The owners were very friendly and responsive.

Very special and magical place to stay. The owners are absolutely wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and very uniquely designed. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Free parking was amazing to have so close. Cannot wait to go back. Very good location for being near Jaffa and other areas, especially if you have a car or take the bus.

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was a nice size, the courtyard was super cool to hang out in the evening. If we are in the area we will certainly be staying here again. Also don’t forget to visit the coffee shop the own, try the burekkas.

Very nice and cheap hotel in TLV. Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, cool garden. It's located close to the road, but it's not noisy. I definitely come here next time

stayed for 6 nights. for the 4th time Grate hotel, spotless clean rooms every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't beat the location next to the beach and port,2 minutes walk to public transportation.

With a few exceptions, the staff were poor and that is the fault of management. Unless there was no alternative, I would not stay again nor recommend the hotel.

The location is great. The stay was done due to a medical procedure at Ein Tal which is one block near the hotel. The service was perfect. The hotel is very clean. The food during breakfast is just great.

This is an Air B&B location. Not a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff, no cleaning service. There is a desk with security. Also bed is two twins pushed together with so-so mattresses. And owner is trying to sell units as condos, so hotel-like services may diminish. That said, it was clean, large and in an amazing location. It is a very good deal.

Very good value overall and good service. We had a large suite with two rooms and a kitchenette. The sofa folded down nicely into a very comfortable bed as well. Another plus was the self-service laundry on the premises. Overall, the decor is a little dated, but it's a functional, no frills sort of place. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at the Ultra Hotel. We were met and seen off by a friendly and attentive guy, Barak, at the reception. He responded to all requests and questions. Despite our difficulties with email, he helped us print out the documents we needed. And Bogdan and Alisa make a wonderful omelet and coffee in the restaurant.

We had a great welcome, the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the rooms, the complimentary coffee, and loved the access to the gym. The hotel is well located one street from the beach, just behind the McDonald's and Orchid Hôtel. We recommend this hotel and will be back.

The hotel is very nice. Everything was clean. The room is a little small, but probably no different than similar hotels in the area. There is a shelter if needed. The staff is very friendly and coffee and water are always available. They're a 2 minute walk to Dizengoff and bus lines I recommend them.

It is our third time in that hotel. We love everything about it. If I need to choose one strengt, it would be its perfect location, at the heart of TLV's action center but within the most quiet street. You just leave the car in the hotel's parking, and walk or take a bus anywhere.

Great! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and there was a 50% reduction for parking when you were a guest. The beach was only round the corner and the room had a sea view. Only thing I would say is that while there was a cooking job and microwave, there were no cooking utensils so not much use to a tourist.

We stayed at this hotel 3 times as a family of 4 people. We love it as the rooms are decent for a family, the breakfast is tasty, the pool is great and the location works for us. No problem with parking, you can walk to the beach and have guest come over. Staff on site were always nice and helpful.

Even though our entire experience in this unit was comfortably enjoyed, the immediate exclusive access to the expansive penthouse patio overlooking all of Tel Aviv (not sea view) is worth the stay. With nearby locations for shopping we made good use of the kitchenette and enjoyed our private patio mornings for coffee and pastries. Amazing.

The accommodation has wooden floors and is decorated in cream and brown tones. It's near a convenience store and has key card access to the building, making it secure. The bathroom experiences a bit of splashing when showering, and there's no heater. Overall, it's good. If you book and pay in cash in advance, there's no deposit required 😊

The food itself was actually very good but the service was not, the waitress was over extended to say the least and the main course arrived before we had finished starters. A very confusing menu didn’t help. The place is also very noisy - great for a tech crowd out for a celebration dinner but if you want to talk to your dining companions, forget it. The true essence of a boutique hotel. It is located in beautifully renovated 1900's house. Everything is decorated tastefully to the smallest detail. The restaurant is exceptional. The location is in a mixed residential and business area, not very practical for the average visitor. As of 2025, the nearby streets are undergoing massive infrastructure works - that's less attractive.

First for the bad: There's no place for a car or cab to stop next to it, its in the middle of the street and while we disembarked we stopped the whole street traffic. We had a great city break at the Assemblage. Room was spacious, comfortable and we loved the retro-industrial design. Rooftop was great and refreshments were generous. The room has a balcony which we didn't get to use because the light railway works make it less appealing.

My favourite place to stay in Tel Aviv The perfect place to stay, it's close by to everything you need. The staff genuinely make you feel welcome and the rooms are spotlessly cleaned. The hotel has a special charm about as its in an old building and between the lush balcony views at the back and fantastic roof garden a greatvplace to unwind after a busy day in the city.

Broken metal pole outside the room was hitting the window the entire night with the wind. Far from a quiet night.. hotel practically has no reception or staff, it is all in the near by different hotel.

The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)

Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!

This was my second stay at the Cinema hotel and I'll definitely return in the future. The location is perfect and the hotel is fantastic: original design, clean, small and comfortable rooms, yummy coffee shop, a fun rooftop and the friendliest staff!

All was good. Breakfast very good. Staff was fine. The problem is the housekeeping team that leaves the room of the guest that comes for a longer period like me, for last and i found myself waiting at the reception for hours to get onto the room and relax after lunch. In spite of numerous requests to clean my room early!

It is a gem in Tel Aviv across Dissengoff square It used to be the Esther Cinema then transformed into a hotel. It is set up as a museum of cinema and the top of the hotel there is an incredible view of Tel Aviv. At early evening they have a happy hour. The breakfast also is very good.
