Delightful staff and room cleanliness
The room was clean and quite large. The owners were very friendly and responsive.
Very special and magical place to stay. The owners are absolutely wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and very uniquely designed. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Free parking was amazing to have so close. Cannot wait to go back. Very good location for being near Jaffa and other areas, especially if you have a car or take the bus.
The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was a nice size, the courtyard was super cool to hang out in the evening. If we are in the area we will certainly be staying here again. Also don’t forget to visit the coffee shop the own, try the burekkas.
Amazing place, we really enjoyed it there, the room was really nice and designed really well. The owners are so nice and really helpful, whatever we needed or requested they were only to happy to help, all together we couldn't have asked for more
Very nice and cheap hotel in TLV. Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, cool garden. It's located close to the road, but it's not noisy. I definitely come here next time

Exceptional hotel. Great location on the beach; exceptionally attentive and competent staff; great breakfast buffet; nice daily happy hour. We loved our stay and will be back.
stayed for 6 nights. for the 4th time Grate hotel, spotless clean rooms every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't beat the location next to the beach and port,2 minutes walk to public transportation.
room was great but the end of the hallway had a terrible sewage smell The staircase was quite dirty, but all of the staff were very helpful
Very comfortable, clean and friendly place. Close to beach.
hotel is old but comfortable quiet and next to the beech. the food is very good and service during the meals is outstanding the head of the dining room is up to everything there promptly.
The staff is wonderful! Helpful in all ways. The food was delicious and plentiful and the hotel has many spaces for relaxing - especially loved the roof deck

With a few exceptions, the staff were poor and that is the fault of management. Unless there was no alternative, I would not stay again nor recommend the hotel.
The location is great. The stay was done due to a medical procedure at Ein Tal which is one block near the hotel. The service was perfect. The hotel is very clean. The food during breakfast is just great.
The perfect stay From booking to check in the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a massive parking garage it costs extra but is within reson. The breakfast is what you would expect at any good hotel with plenty of verity and great service. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing like standing under a water fall. Would recommend and will 100% stay there...
have many areas to improve reception no friendly, rooms not clean and towels very old the hallways smell.
good hotel in an area with restaurnats and a big shopping mall. comfortable bed and nice business lounge
I was allowed to stay in my room a few more hours after check out time. The stuff were very kind and cooperative.

The room was OK, but we found a cockroach alive in the room on the morning. The most disappointing part is that we let the staff know and nothing was done about it…
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is fantastic!!
We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was located in a vibrant area and had a really trendy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour, which was absolutely buzzing. Unfortunately there was one small grip: at breakfast time, our server (an older, bald man) was very unwelcoming. Every time he approached our table he looked extremely grumpy and it...
Breakfast was incredible, lots of options for vegans and vegetarians as well. The room was clean and the location is incredible and very central in Tel Aviv. However, it was loud because of its location on such a main road so take that into consideration

Gorgeous hotel, a short walk from the sea, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and night life. Taxis, and buses are steps away from the front door, while the trains are just a few minutes away. Incredible views of Tel Alvi, and the sea from the upper floor rooms.
Great, clean hotel in a perfect location - in the center of everything in Jaffe - just a few minutes walk from the beach and the port. We were a full family and enjoyed every minute. Very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, good atmosphere. Avi the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful!
The best hotel in Tel Aviv hands down. The location, the atmosphere, the rooms, and above all the service, a dedicated team who always goes out of their way to make their guests feel at home. Highly recommended!
We have styed at several Atlas hotels in the Tel-Aviv area because of their friendly and welcoming attitude and overall value-for-money. We love their 17:00 Happy Hour where they invite their guests to the lobby just to mingle, and basically serve a light supper of soup, freshly baked bread, salad and cookies. And Wine 😊 Re and white. I had a solid stay at the Margosa Hotel. It is a short walk from the flea market and many shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We've had a great experience here on two separate trips. The two-night stay was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the heating was just right. A big plus is the all-day coffee, juices, and snacks - love it! The staff were super helpful, too.
The breakfast was a good veriaty of foods, like a brunch. The stuff was friedly and always capeable of dealing with extra request! There is not so dense, like central Tel Aviv. So it is more restful during the night. Port of Jaffo and Beach is in walking distance. The room and whole ambience is very throughtful and has calm and special nice concept. This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. We enjoyed walking around the city in the evening. Wish we stayed longer.
Me and my dear wife took there one night, to feel the old Jaffa experience. The hotel is inviting, rooms are clean and nice, you can get balcony if available, there is nice dining room for breakfast which is nice, and all day free cold drinks and snacks. The hotel is 5 minutes walking away from the flea market, and atmospheric restaurants, 10 minutes from the old Jaffa shore and harbor. A wonderful option for those who value peace and quiet. The apartments have everything you need, and the staff is friendly and Russian-speaking. I definitely recommend it! 5++
We booked a two-bedroom suite on the 9th floor with connecting bathrooms. We had a kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a balcony. This is an Air B&B location. Not a hotel. There is no front desk, no staff, no cleaning service. There is a desk with security. Also bed is two twins pushed together with so-so mattresses. And owner is trying to sell units as condos, so hotel-like services may diminish. That said, it was clean, large and in an amazing location. It is a very good deal.
These apartments are definitely a part of top favorites. Not the first stay, everything is perfect as always. Would definitely recommend those visiting Tel Aviv to stop here, enjoy the perfect location, astonishing architecture and great service.
Very good value overall and good service. We had a large suite with two rooms and a kitchenette. The sofa folded down nicely into a very comfortable bed as well. Another plus was the self-service laundry on the premises. Overall, the decor is a little dated, but it's a functional, no frills sort of place. Excellent location and very helpful staff. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and functional albeit very small. The staff and how they were willing to go the extra mile in helping was really incredible.
My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at the Ultra Hotel. We were met and seen off by a friendly and attentive guy, Barak, at the reception. He responded to all requests and questions. Despite our difficulties with email, he helped us print out the documents we needed. And Bogdan and Alisa make a wonderful omelet and coffee in the restaurant.
We had a great welcome, the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the rooms, the complimentary coffee, and loved the access to the gym. The hotel is well located one street from the beach, just behind the McDonald's and Orchid Hôtel. We recommend this hotel and will be back.
Very helpful and kind reception staff, was upgraded to a double room. Breakfast should include also fish products. Also provide again sparkling water at the reception. Night receptionist helped me printing boarding passes , very good. Will return very soon.

The hotel is very nice. Everything was clean. The room is a little small, but probably no different than similar hotels in the area. There is a shelter if needed. The staff is very friendly and coffee and water are always available. They're a 2 minute walk to Dizengoff and bus lines I recommend them.
It is our third time in that hotel. We love everything about it. If I need to choose one strengt, it would be its perfect location, at the heart of TLV's action center but within the most quiet street. You just leave the car in the hotel's parking, and walk or take a bus anywhere.
Exceptional stay! The location strikes the perfect balance — close to all the lively spots on and off the beach, yet wonderfully private and quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the room service team kept everything spotless all week. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay even better. Could not recommend this place enough!

Great! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and there was a 50% reduction for parking when you were a guest. The beach was only round the corner and the room had a sea view. Only thing I would say is that while there was a cooking job and microwave, there were no cooking utensils so not much use to a tourist.

Perfect location - close to beach and Dizengoff square. Clean and spacious appartment. Management very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.
Even though our entire experience in this unit was comfortably enjoyed, the immediate exclusive access to the expansive penthouse patio overlooking all of Tel Aviv (not sea view) is worth the stay. With nearby locations for shopping we made good use of the kitchenette and enjoyed our private patio mornings for coffee and pastries. Amazing.
The hospitality from the manager schlomi it was outstanding
The manager, M. Gottesman was very available for any request et he is very client oriented. The suites was at lower level with a nice terrace. The bathroom experiences a bit of splashing when showering, and there's no heater. Overall, it's good. If you book and pay in cash in advance, there's no deposit required 😊
Honestly, I’ve never experienced service like this — not in Israel and not abroad. This place is all about the people: the waiters, the bartender, the whole team. You feel it the moment you walk in. They create an atmosphere that’s warm, attentive and genuinely joyful. The food was absolutely fantastic, every dish was spot-on, beautifully made and full of flavor. The wine was excellent too, served...
The food itself was actually very good but the service was not, the waitress was over extended to say the least and the main course arrived before we had finished starters. A very confusing menu didn’t help. The place is also very noisy - great for a tech crowd out for a celebration dinner but if you want to talk to your dining companions, forget it. Disappointing, especially considering the price
The true essence of a boutique hotel. It is located in beautifully renovated 1900's house. Everything is decorated tastefully to the smallest detail. The restaurant is exceptional. The location is in a mixed residential and business area, not very practical for the average visitor. As of 2025, the nearby streets are undergoing massive infrastructure works - that's less attractive.
First for the bad: There's no place for a car or cab to stop next to it, its in the middle of the street and while we disembarked we stopped the whole street traffic. Occasionally you come to hotel that gives you thr feeling that people who run it not only making an effort but they also really care about the place. Unpretentious great place
In general the experience was good but not more than that. business room was small but the balcony was really big. Too much noise from corridor and other rooms.

Broken metal pole outside the room was hitting the window the entire night with the wind. Far from a quiet night.. hotel practically has no reception or staff, it is all in the near by different hotel.
The hotel has no reception and no breakfast in it, it is all served from the hotel next door. Which is not what we’ve booked. The room has a large metal bar outside the window that has a missing weld (or two) and is vibrating with the wind, causing both bad noise that keeps us up at night as well as a danger of falling off to the street (room 434)
Good option in central tel Aviv.
Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!
Very good Hotel Very good Hotel
The good: Nice and clean room, good location . The bad : air-conditioning not working, awful noise from the streets, miserable elevator, we had to go to another hotel for breakfast... In short, the boutique hotel is not as it shown and described at the website.
