So many issues at this hotel. Avoid staying at this place. There are much better hotels down the street. Everyday we had to call and complain. Water was leaking from the ceiling in our bathroom on the first day. The second and third day the AC was not working. Everyday they had to send someone to our room to fix few things. Then they changed our room but we had other issues at the new room. Water was leaking from the sink at our second room. Also they said the rooms are none smoking but they smelled like cigarette smoke. One start.

My personal experience was not well. Went for a birthday weekend. Upon arriving I went to restaurant for a salad. And humus. I Ate the humus first ?. Half way through it I threw it up. And the rest of the night was as so. So didn't get to enjoy any of the trip had to leave early. Spent the whole day in Bed.?

Zero service, not clean and not worth the price. Bad hotel and bad service smell of football player socks in the lobby. Shame on having such a hotel in Tel Aviv. It should be closed immediately

Rude, arrogant and unprepared staff. Dirty room.

Me and my father stayed on Alexander hotel for a tourism. We deeply regret.

First when we arrived, the check in was a bit weird, since the manager didnt explain much of the hotel, but gave us a paper and said "all you need is here". Not problematic, but strange.

Arriving in the room, we noticed that the whole room, mainly the bathroom, had little black pieces of something we didnt identified, and therefore our room, 601, hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

The worst, though, was the service. People there don't smile and are not helpful. We needed a scale for the luggages, and before I completed my question, the desk manager cut me and said "we dont have it". I said then we need it for the luggages, and again she repeated "we do not have it". I asked if they have a scale in the gym, and one more time i got the denial.
So I went to the gym, and as expected there were a scale there. I warned the reception, and very arrogantly she replied that a luggage might be too heavy for that scale (how is that even possible?!). I questioned the feasability of that information, and she was rude: "ILL TELL YOU AGAIN, ITS TOO HEAVY".
Now, I could perfectly understand if we were told that we are not allowed to use the luggage in that scale because it might break it, or because it is not proper for it, but I expected from the lady at least an explanation for saying "there is not a scale in the gym" and for the reason we are not allowed, and that the staff could be minimum polite.

The breakfast follows the same pattern.
