We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, the view from the breakfast room, pool and actually just the whole property is AMAZING! The breakfast was very big, so don’t worry about not having enough. Breakfast included some fresh fruit which I enjoyed, but also contained meat, cheese and not so extremely fresh breads. As a vegetarian I would recommend to tell them before hand you are a vegetarian, so maybe they can remove the meat for you.
There are not many restaurants close by. They did recommend an agriturismo, however we didn’t like it that much to be honest (also they said we could walk, but I wouldn’t recommend that). So If I would come back I would explore options in to the town of Avola for dinner!

Okay- perhaps too early in season
place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was !
It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room was small with fridge that hummed
heavily so had to switch off. Bed was uncomfortable for two with cheap memory foam mattress that had clearly lost its memory due to the high number of folk who’d slept on it.
Pool area good. generally site looked jaded and tired. Wouldn’t hurt to have a few more signs to direct to location.
Buffet breakfast okay. Stayed 2 nights. Location good for Noto / Modica/ Ragusa. But be better staying in one of those places in my opinion. Most reviews not for April but later in year -

Lovely pool and very beautiful common area where breakfast was served. You’ll need a rental car as it’s not close to main roads. Lovely staff and Fabio had good communication. Rooms were very outdated for price point.

An amazing place! A very beautiful hotel with a stunning view and fantastic staff. I wanted to stay forever there in the middle of the trees by the pool watching the stars with a glass of wine. I want to thank all the staff and especially Fabio. I’ll come again for sure.

Lovely modern rooms in a stunning location. Very close to some great hiking routes and lovely staff who were very attentive.

Oh, wow! It looks amazing and feels the same! Lemontrees and their sweetest smell on every step.
A very private and quiet hotel and friendly personnel.
Make sure you go to Laghetti Cavagrande for a hike and take the closed route Scale Ricci.

Coming from some very nice places before, our standard was probably quite high but despite the very nice and big pool, there were some things that were less nice. Small rooms, shower of the girls looked quite old and not very clean. The welcome by the owner was quite short even a bit brutal and the fact we could not stay longer on day of departure at the pool was very strange too. On the other hand Fabio helped us pretty well with excursions and restaurants. Breakfast was ok but we had to ask ourselves for some additinal things while I would expect the servers to ask us. So not bad at all, but not an experience where everything is done for the guests. Just to stay 1 or 2 nights on the go.
