Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding…

The property is well maintained and well cared for. The rooms in their simplicity are comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of the client. The pool is fabulous. Surely, if I were to return to the area, I would choose the property again.

As a solo traveller a warm welcome by the friendly and helpful staff is important. That is exactly what the people at Nuovo Castello Crisillo did and I felt at home from the first moment. Since there were hardly any other guests - the high season had yet to begin - I had the pool for my own.

Beautiful setting in Avola. Took some friends from London with us and they amazed. Tranquil environment , beautiful landscaped gardens with a large pool and very clean rooms . Service was excellent and the hosts where extremely friendly and professional.

Unfortunately we only had a few days stay at this beautiful place. The grounds were spectacular and kept immaculate. We were lucky to have the pool to ourselves for 2 days so we felt like VIP’s as pool drinks service was also available with beautiful views of citrus groves and olive trees and out to sea. Oriana was a great host as were all the people we met who ran the place. They even turned the garden lights on for us so that we could see the effect which was amazing so thanks for that as we didn’t have time to thank you before we left early hours of the morning. I could go on and on about this lovely place and would recommend to anyone. It was totally 100% in every way.

Fabulous staff and a lovely room. The gardens and pool were awesome and they let us relax there after checking out, before heading off to our next destination. I would especially like to thank Oriana and Anna, for all their help and just for being special people. Lovely to meet you.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff. All the external areas are spacious (good for families with kids), the pool is nice. Rooms are pretty basic in the design and not so modern but they are functional and clean. Its not a fancy place, its a simple place with a kind staff and a lot of space. The breakfast is pretty simple but the quality of the food is good. There's a big free parking inside the Hotel. The Hotel is located in the country side of Avola, its a good base to stay out of the chaos and visit all the interesting places around and you definitely need a car.

Even if the maximum score is 5, they deserve a lot more. A splendid hotel, equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful swimming pool and the hotel very close to the sea, also equipped with a wonderful view. Absolutely strategic position, it is easy to reach Noto, Syracuse and other neighboring places. Impeccable breakfast, with fresh products every morning and excellent choice. Fantastic staff, well trained and always available to meet guests' needs. Then what about the owners? Exceptional people, very polite and always with a smile, made our days truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back. Stra really recommended.
