Absolutely NOT Family-Friendly – Worst “All-Inclusive” Experience We've Ever Had
We booked this hotel expecting a relaxing and worry-free all-inclusive holiday – what we got was one of the most disappointing and frustrating stays we’ve ever experienced.
Let’s start with the food:
Breakfast: 07:00–11:00
Lunch: 12:00–13:30
And then… NOTHING to eat until 18:40.
Dinner: 18:45-21:00

That means over 5 hours every day with zero food options. No snacks, no sandwiches – absolutely nothing.
We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old child, and every parent knows: a hungry toddler and no food is a recipe for stress.
We asked if we could at least order something from outside – the answer was a clear No. The reception staff looked like young untrained students who could do nothing but smile and repeat scripted responses.
Eventually, an older lady – around 60 – arrived, and her attitude was shockingly cold, dismissive, and even rude. When we asked how this could possibly be called “all-inclusive,” she snapped that it’s actually “all-inclusive drinks” and everything else is in the fine print on the website.
Not a trace of hospitality, flexibility, or care.
We asked her what should we do with our hungry child, she showed us the Exit and told we could leave the hotel if we weren’t happy – non-refundable, of course.
We asked if we could see the manager she replied "No, The Hotel has no Manager"
To make matters worse:
- Air-conditioning was not working properly
-The bedsheets were never changed during our entire 4-night stay. Not once.
-The Breakfast-buffet was repetitive, uninspired, and lacked variety.
-The so-called “evening entertainment program” was literally an around 40-minute kids' music clip, played on loop. The same exact clip every single night. .

This place might be okay if you're only here to drink beer by the pool and expect the bare minimum. But if you're a family, or if you care about food quality, hygiene, or basic hospitality – avoid this hotel at all costs.

What we experienced was not just poor service – it was a complete lack of care, flexibility, and warmth.
One of the worst travel experiences we’ve had in years.

Far from a 5-star hotel, this is just a basic 3-star hotel. The staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. On the reception are working very young people or students and they don't have any clue about the hotel. They are only sitting and smiling. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and they definitely don’t provide the service expected from a 5-star hotel. At the very least, bed linens should be changed — we've been here for five days, and the sheets haven’t been changed once.

One of the worst parts is the service at the pool. The waiter, a young man working there, is especially arrogant and negative. He clearly has no interest in serving guests and makes the whole experience unpleasant.

The Starfish is extremely rude overall. Absolutely not recommended — a huge disappointment.

Worst service of my life. I have never seen such disorganization anywhere. At dinner you have to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink you ordered. They simply forget the order and you have to call 2-3 waiters to get a drink for the family to go with dinner.
No drinks are served at the bar during dinner time, and you can't ask for any elsewhere (you can't ask for a glass of water for your child). I was specifically turned away by the bartender.
The whole atmosphere and service is like being stuck in the 2000s.

I spent 6 days in the hotel, unfortunately a big disappointment. For a hotel of this class, too few attractions for children. The biggest minus is the breakfast. Tasteless, even disgusting. If someone wants to taste good food, I advise against this facility. An additional minus is the open bathroom without a door. You can hear everything, especially the noises from the toilet. Rating one star.
