We’ve stayed at Laguna many times since 2019, but sadly, the quality has declined significantly this year. The rooms are very nice and clean, the beach is under a minute away from the hotel and they have a sauna and a nice steam bath. The pool is big enough and very refreshing if you prefer this over swimminf in the sea. You can also always borrow a bike to drive to the lighthouse or somewhere else (They look pretty nostalgic). There is always enough to eat and they can always also serve vegetarian dishes

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous food, brilliant facilities. Bikes to use during your stay, pushchairs to use when needed, buckets and spades and lidos for the beach or pool. It's all the little things... Perfect location too. Right on the beach, next to the foot and bike path that stretches on for miles in either direction. Everything is really accessible.

I have been coming to Hotel Excelsior since I was a child for 15 years straight and we continue coming here as a family every summer. The hotel has been renovated over the last few years and has very updated amenities. A Good Family Holiday Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. Location is about a 25 minutes to the main strip. Quite at night.

Unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces.Every day the car had to be pulled away so that someone else could get in. This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car.

This is a very well run family hotel, with adequate rooms, a pool and a bar. However a few things need attention. We had 1/2 board (breakfast and dinner) and the breakfast buffet is excellent, plenty of choice. Great place, I've been there 3 times and I have very good memories. It's not new, you can meet ants but they don't bite. The animation was great, even if you don't understand German language. There is a close connection by bus into the beach.

It's the perfect spot for a family vacation. We chose the half-board service, it was a vey good idea. The hotel is away from the beach, but there is a beach shuttle (every 30 min), so it's easy to enjoy the sea as well. I can't say any bad thing about the resort. I'm sure, we will come back.

Bit loud, as there is animation every day from 10:00 till 19:00. But perfect place for a family vacation. Beach is a but far, but they have beach shuttle. We enjoyed!
