We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this family run hotel. Warmly greeted and all staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel had parking, beach pass, bikes to use, pool, great breakfast, bar, and even quiet at night despite location to busy restaurant row. Highly recommend and we would stay again if return to Bibione.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and the shopping street. The staff was very friendly, and the room and the entire hotel were very clean. Authentic warm family-driven hotel with personal touch and ethical values. Prime location to the beach and good restaurants nearby on the edge to green trees and and far/close enough to the more buzzier Bibione. Healthy breakfast, clear clean pool area. Goos value for money.

We stayed there for four nights only. We made reservation for Comfort room which (as we found out when we arrived) was not big enough so then we stayed in Family suite. A Good Family Holiday Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue. Lots of activities on for younger children if you want to make use of the kids club. Having reserved loungers etc on the beach was worthwhile having included in the price. Perfect for Italians or Dutch. The younger ones speak English tho. Small rooms, like u can barely walk past ur bed. One day they also turned off the AC, while we where on the beach, it was 32 degrees in the shade that day. The room was crazy hot when we returned.

I called a week ago for make sure to have the beach unbrella on first raw paying extra and of course they didn't! Bathroom very small and stinky!! Poor internet, tv was glitching every 5 min. The courtesy and hospitality of the owners compensate the poor condition of this old hotel. The rooms are small, the furniture is falling apart and breakast is dissapointing, considering you are in Italy-country of good food. Hotel have more rooms than available parking place. You have to pay addition parking public fees (10€ per day) i think hotel should share the parking cost for guests at close zenit parking place if there is not free hotel parking place.
