Aparthotel Princess in Canazei

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in January for skiing. The apartments are well equipped and cozy. You have everything you need. However, the accommodation has one huge minus: there is no soundproofing and you can hear every step and every word from the next room. The reception closes at 9 pm and after that there is no one to take care of peace, there is no one available to contact. All 4 nights at 9 pm the noise started - absolutely everything can be heard from both rooms next to yours and from the rooms above and below. Every chair move, children chase each other around the rooms, fall, cry, mothers yell at them, people don't use door handles and slam doors, there were a few groups of young people who were drinking in the evenings, listening to music, yelling over the balcony, smashing things in the rooms, etc. The noise is unbearable, despite wearing earplugs I stayed awake all 4 nights until the noise stopped because it was impossible to fall asleep. There is a security guard in front of the pool who checks if everyone has a swimming cap on, but he doesn't pay any attention to what's going on in the saunas. Despite clear signs on the entrance door, people take their children with them, most people go to the saunas in swimsuits, groups laugh loudly and chat in the sauna/rest area, every 20 seconds someone enters or leaves the sauna, so that it can't even heat up. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. For €150/night, I would expect a more tidy accommodation, or, if people don't know how to behave, at least someone on staff to keep things under control.
