Haller Suites & Restaurant in Bressanone

No words can’t describe how wonderful the experience was for us staying at Haller Suites. From the warming welcome at the beginning to the very last minute the attention from Mikaela and her family was extraordinary. Every detail of this place is amaizing, the rooms, the food, the service... You can truly see the difference when a place is preserved with love. We stayed in January 2026 for the winter season. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed 3 nights at Haller Suites (half board) and absolutely loved it. The location is stunning – right in the vineyards above Brixen – quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The design is thoughtful, elegant, and a true example of simple luxury. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding (no wonder they’re recognised by Falstaff and Gault Millau), and the wine pairings recommended by Teresa were fantastic. Special mention also to Paul, who looked after us so well during breakfast and dinner – attentive and professional, especially impressive as he has only just started. A family-owned business with genuine warmth and hospitality – highly recommended!

One of our fave stays & meal during our 2 week travel in Dolomites. Rooms are spacious and gorgeous with a fantastic view of Brixen city. The private (with reservation) barrel sauna at the rooftop was cute & enjoyable. Service was warm. They produce their own wine too. Definitely recommend dining at their AO restaurant which serves Nordic italian cuisine.

Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, food, room, terrace was excellent. You can see that they really have an eye on details and that the touch that makes it so tasteful and special are all there. Would also really recommend the restaurant at the hotel, AO restaurant. If we are going back to this area we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner and Laura were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit even more special.

We especially loved both the breakfast and dinner. The four-course dinner was outstanding—each dish was generous in portion and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a highlight of our stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic place. Amazing view, and so good place to stay. Good beds, very friendly people who works there. The breakfast was very good. I hope we can come back here. The bathrom you could look out and see the view from the shower. I would recimand this place so much.

Exceptional. We stayed at the corner suite and everything was perfect. Waking up to the views of the vineyard and the city was very special, but also the terrace, the bathtub, everything! :) We didn't want to leave!!

Also, the staff was outstanding. The night of our check-in we arrived later than expected and the kitchen had already closed, but somehow they managed to put together an amazing dinner for us and they were SO kind!

We can only say THANK YOU. Our stay couldn't have been better. :)

PS. The breakfast is amazing too, many healthy and tasty options.
