Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. The staff is multi lingua and are so friendly and helpful, the breskfast has a wide selection, and the spa area is new and has various pools and saunas and nice rest areas.

We chose this hotel for our school ski trip in 2024 and couldn't be happier with it! We were greeted on arrival and checked in straight away, no issues at all. Very welcoming place near Fiera di Primiero center. The staff are young and really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. We chose full board and were extremely satisfied. The hotel is old, like most in Italy, but it is comfortable. The staff’s service is very good, although at night the reception is unattended. If you check out very early in the morning, there might not be anyone at the front desk, so I recommend doing it the day before.

MAN BODY HAIR Elena was fantastic doing our check in and leaving the key in a safe place (We did late due to a road clousure). I went with school, i think they could do something about what they surve at dinner because not many of us ate for a bit of the week. They had great setvice but one night it took us about 20 mins to get our food. The social area was great fun.

Great location and staff, pilows sucs

It was cheap compared to the other hotels here. We had breakfast, which wasn't the best, there weren't many kind of food. The beds were comfy, the rooms were tidy. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything happening not just from the other room but from the whole corridor. The staff were polite though. I could relax after 10pm, when other guests slept too. it could use a refurbishment.

Wonderful stay at the club hotel in Tenno. Very good hospitality. Very quiet and relaxing place, compared to the crowded (and expensive) Lake Garda. It is a wonderful base for swimming in Lake Tenno and other outdoor activities, for food and wine tasting, and cultural excursions.

The location of this hotel is very close to the Tenno lake, the views and atmosphere of the lake makes it one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in the area. The hotel felt extremely cozy and quiet, the room was full of all amenities and had a small closed kitchen and a balcony that overlooked the lake. It was very special and enjoyable. Well recommended, would come again.

Very nice hotel, freshly renovated with comfortable rooms and a very nice interior in the lobby and dining areas. The breakfast was good quality, there are many small rooms spread out which feels extra cozy for breakfast. Very beautiful hotel with big rooms and great food. Only problem was with the movement sensors: why will the bathroom light go out while I shower? Please add a switch, it makes it a lot easier. We stayed for two nights in December with a colleague in two double rooms for single use and they were very comfortable, at reception the lady is a very friendly and caring person who makes you feel at ease.
