My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet...

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

There is a large supermarket not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. The surrounding is quiet and not noisy. The room is super big and the shower head has a lot of water. The breakfast is very rich and you can make fresh juice yourself.

It's a renovated, elegant hotel. The room is large, but it doesn't have a coffee maker or a kettle for making tea. There's no complimentary water either. Breakfast is chaotic, incredibly crowded... you ask a waiter for decaf (the machine doesn't have it) and then you're stuck waiting... expensive for what it offers.

The hotel fulfills expectations on every level. The service is highly professional from arrival at the front desk, followed by the food and beverage department and on to the support staff. We took four rooms for a week, and my adult children each had a superior room which were in the newer wing, each of which was large and beautifully appointed. One had an enormous terrace and two had large balconies...

Hotel: the hotel was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults 2 teens. We had a large suiite, really spacious and modern with 2 separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms. The spa is really lovely with a choice of saunas, steams and relaxation areas. It never seemed crowded, a perfect way to end a day on the slopes. Our package was half board, a daily breakfast with everything you’d want, and quality...

We had the most lovely experience here from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. one of the best experiences we have had. great staff, great food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. half board was absolutely a delight for us.

Very nice and definetly luxury hotel. Strongly reccommend to book half-pansion rate — restaurant is excellent and you clearly do not need to go for dinner to anywhere else. The spa, pools and saunas are excellent as well
