Hotel was fantastic, we will definitely be back!

No Mountain View. The staff was not understanding. The listing said there is a pool included. And yes, there is a pool, but definitely not included. Get ready to pay extra for that. Pay extra for everything . So yes, they have all the things on premises. But, nothing is included except your room. The room was beautiful. Very hard to understand how things work . It’s our first time in Europe.

Excellent facility for children, swimming pool, mini club, playground, cinema and football pitch

Apart from the not entirely opaque glass toilet/bathroom door, everything was fine. Nice pool, great location. The restaurant is okay, and there are alternatives nearby.

Reception staff were really helpful and well informed about local activities, hikes…etc.

Beautifull camping, alway crowded, but nice atmosfhere. Pet and kids friendly place, with all the facilities that you need. Nice view of the mountines. Also you need to reserve one day for the spa and pool 🥰. Don’t forget the bikes at home, because there are a lot of ride that you can make in to the city and it’s easy to move to diffrent places. Great accommodation in a quiet village in the Italian Dolomites.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, although a wider selection of sweet items and more than just toast for bread would have been nice. A solid choice for a one-night stay. We were on a lower floor, so unfortunately, we didn't get any nice views, despite the hotel being in a good location. The on-site parking was a definite plus. No mini-fridge in the room.

My sister's and my family (8 of us) stayed 7 nights for a ski vacation. The food was amazing. Every night we had choices, and each dish was delicious. The ski lockers had heated tubes to dry our boots & helmets! The complimentary van drove us to a ski lift. The cafe had a nice room to relax. The staff was very helpful.

We just returned from the beautiful Val di Fassa and chose this hotel for our stay. Located 1 km from the center of Pozza, it offers beautiful views and a quiet setting.
