Hotels in Castellabate

As a travel agent, I’ve been to many properties in Italy. If you are looking for understated elegance and a break from the crowds, this historical 17th-century gem is a dream. Nestled in a stunning coastal setting, the property offers a rare mix of private beach access, gorgeous gardens, and a pool area that is simply breathtaking. The location on the Cilento Coast provides spectacular views of Amalfi...

We stayed at the incredible Palazzo Belmonte this past June, and I am still dreaming about this exquisite holiday on the Med! It truly is a remarkable place where relaxation and understated elegance meet. The historic beauty of the Palazzo made me feel at peaceful and at ease. We spent our days at the pool and long walks on the beach. Every morning I took a long walk through their beautiful gardens...

The Palazzo is a dream, a step into real italian beauty and charm. I highly recommend for a short or long break - having the sea, beach and village, we had endless options for entertainment. Otherwise the pool, beach and garden of the hotel are perfect as they are - being family run, it has a feel that we miss so much in today's world.

Phenomenal service, stunning location, unforgettable memories made. We’ll definitely be coming back! Very Special

We had a lovely week at Palazzo Belmonte. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quite quiet as not yet main tourist season and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were helpful and the grounds are magnificent. Lots of space for everyone without being cramped. We loved the beach and being walking distance from great local restaurants. Would highly recommend for rest and relaxation.

A magical place with an unbeatable location, simple and elegant, tastefully furnished and a lovely owner always at hand to assist. We love it and are going back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, the spa experience was a perfect 10/10. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff, and even though we arrived late for our allotted time, they welcomed us with kindness and enthusiasm. The spa is beautifully designed with a course that guides you through a sensory and deeply relaxing experience. It is intimate in size, with a limited number of guests...

Spa is wonderful and the suite with its jacuzzi was great too

This was a lovely pre vacation for my husband and I before we met up with my extended family on the Amalfi Coast! Relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable! Our waiter Atillio was excellent!

This spa was a blessing from the sea, as the different treatment rooms are an experience to be had. The service was great, yet the food was one of the best parts of this trip. For a location on the coast of the south of Italy, the seafood was freshly caught and very much enjoyed!

Wonderful retreat. Fabulous Staff and the spa experience was like nothing I ever experienced before. Highly recommend staying a few days to experience all this wonderful resort has to offer. San Marco is a sweet beach town with farmers markets and shops. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our 3rd trip to the Approdo. Last year, we stayed for our wedding and decided this year to return for our 1st anniversary. On both occasions, we stayed in the private spa suite. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was brilliant, with a number of staff members remembered us from the previous year. However, one member of staff stood head and shoulders above the rest - Attilio. Throughout...

Oh my! What a lovely hotel! What a fabulous location! We stayed here on the first night of a tour because it is relatively close to Paestum where we were going the next day. We joked that we wanted to stay here for the whole tour. Clean and comfortable rooms. Elevators to take us down to the sandy beach. It was so warm that a number of people swam even though it was late afternoon - evidently...

Clean hotel had no problems. Everything is as good or better than expected. Breakfast was very much above average and fresh. Helpful staff who tried their best to please us and spoke some English. We stayed longer than expected because it was so relaxing.

Wonderful hotel and service. Everything was perfect and the hotel is located in a great location with beach access and chairs and umbrellas. lunch by the beach was fantastic and the staff was over all ver attentive. Only thing I would point out is the dinner needs a bit of work but nothing dramatic. Overall a fantastic stay.

I recommend such incredible location to anyone wishing to relax, but to enjoy part of the Italian culture. The excellent positive and energetic structure and team are placed right on the wonderful beach of Santa Maria di Castellabate and this makes it a dream destination. Rooms with sea view, breakfast, services and the restaurants inside the GHSM and near by just a little walk away complete it like...

This hotel was just fabulous! We visited for our honeymoon at the end of June/early July. Staff Staff were unbelievably helpful throughout our stay. We messaged with reception on a number of occasions to book taxis and excursions and they were responsive and super helpful every time. Staff in the restaurants were fabulous too. Of note, the staff on the beach were amazing. Clean pool towels are provided...

What a stunning location.... Literally right on Salerno Bay but not in the centre of the village. Lovely spacious, very clean room equipped with double bed (two singles pushed together), desk with chair, TV, mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee sachets, air conditioning, wardrobe and safe. Very comfortable mattress. The bed head had lighting in built. Bathroom supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body...

We've been coming back for our summer holidays for years. The location is wonderful, the views are breathtaking, and the pool is truly fantastic for both kids and adults. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. De Santis, are wonderful and always in a good mood. Not to mention their excellent staff, Sara and Bruno, are always smiling and helpful, ready to resolve any issues. Highly recommended. A big hug to everyone...

Wonderful location, a priceless experience, the property is unique and well-designed, with a truly worthy garden and pool. We only suggest a little more attention to detail in the apartments and their amenities. But this didn't affect our satisfaction. We've recommended this property to friends and will certainly return. Cilento deserves a lot!

If you're looking for a truly relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. The complex comprises several apartments of varying sizes, all overlooking the sea. A spacious pool with umbrellas and loungers is available for everyone. Convenient parking is available. It's a five-minute walk from the main street, which can be reached via a small road. The return journey is uphill, but if you're a sporty...

Top, beautiful location. Pool overlooking Capri, garden surrounded by bougainvillea and olive trees, close to town, and spectacular sunsets. Sara and Bruno, the managers, are extremely kind and always available for any need. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, polite, friendly owners, who came straight over when we had a problem. Spoke English to us. Lovely people. They had written a really useful guide to the area that we used to visit places of interest. The view from the apartment was stunning. The pool was excellent and clean as were all the communal areas. There was table tennis and table football for the children. The area in general...

Beautiful location, wonderful view. Practical apartment with adequate spaces. A little more attention to the cleanliness of the pool water due to the rudeness of some guests. The town center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot which, uphill, can be more

A truly beautiful hotel, elegant and well-maintained, both inside and out. The room I chose was very nice, clean, and comfortable. A special mention goes to the breakfast: truly excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality products. You can feel the attention to detail and quality in every aspect. The only small complaint is that the room I chose had a view of the city, so it wasn't particularly...

My stay at Hotel Palazzo Antonietta was fantastic. The staff were friendly and professional, attentive to guests' needs. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with the option of having dishes prepared to order. The sunset aperitif on the rooftop was wonderful, with a spectacular view of the sea—a truly relaxing experience. Guests also have access to the pool and private parking. What...

The new management of the Antonietta Hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. Mrs. Dilara welcomed us with great availability and exquisite kindness, accommodating our requests. The suite with a super-top Jacuzzi, comfortable beds and pillows, and a very well-maintained and clean bathroom. I chose this hotel because I already knew it and for its location, but now it has exceeded my expectations. Also worth...

The room was quite fancy. Extremely clean and neat. Super close to the nice and cosy `piazzetta`. It was reasonably easy to reach and in a couple of minutes one could reach the beaches with the car. Ah, the food. Oh my Goddess the food! Delicious.

Beautiful structure in the center of San Marco. The manager is a wonderful person. Recommended.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant. Very kind and professional staff

Reasonably good food in a great setting, a small bay where the hotel this restaurant is part of is located. We loved the aubergine balls but found the "Oriental octopus" not entirely convincing. Similar feelings for the mains: the scialatielli with prawns were great but the gnocchi a little bland. Good service. At 50€/person for 2 starters, 2 mains, glasses of wine, water and dessert for 1 + coffee...

Beautiful place with a really good restaurant. I was there two times for lunch. Prices around 40/50 Euros per person.

We arrived on a cycling tour after cycling 50 mikes in the heat, to find our baggage had not arrived. Barbara at reception could not have been kinder, telephoning for us and the lady who followed, as it took 5 hours until it arrived. The location of the hotel is amazing, right on the beach. Our room was bright, airy with a private terrace looking out to sea. We ate a lovely meal overlooking the sea...

Beautiful property, at the end of the road you enter another dimension, silence, nature... Milena, the owner, is a truly special person. Fantastic hospitality. The same goes for Veronica, friendly and sociable. Maurizio and I spent a few days there, truly fantastic. Excellent cleanliness, top breakfast. But above all, the atmosphere... it feels like we've known them forever. A big hug and a kiss to...

Beautiful place, well-kept and well-kept! It is also located in a strategic point about halfway between the sea and the village of Castellabate! To close the circle, the owners are kind, helpful and make you feel at home! We will be back soon! A hug Cosimo and Doriana

Amazing place. Immersed in nature with absolute silence and tranquility ... Strategic place to get around the area .. New well furnished and comfortable rooms .. Everything perfect .. Very good and complete breakfast .. Last but not least, the owner is always very courteous. And kind always available.... Must try .. I will come back for sure ..

A fairy tale. My girlfriend and I stayed here in Liseda and we had a great time. Milena, the owner, is a really nice person. Kind, down to earth, nice and available for anything. The room was nice and clean. Excellent view on the campaigns. Total silence and tranquility both day and night. 3 kilometers from the sea that you don't even hear them and you realize it thanks to the fantastic panorama. Recommended

If the road is uphill it is only because you are destined to arrive in a unique place, LISEDA. The beauty of the place welcomes you and envelops you, then the courtesy of the landlady is the best welcome you could wish for in the land of Cilento. Casa Liseda is surrounded by hills planted with olive groves and vineyards a few kilometers from Castellabate. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well...

I stayed with my wife for four nights from September 7 to 11, 2025, also taking advantage of the quiet and functional private beach. And even before leaving, I can't help but say that it's a quiet and relaxing family-run establishment where courtesy and helpfulness reign supreme, and the rooms are meticulously clean. But special praise goes to the home-cooked cuisine for its excellent quality, lightness...

This was my first time staying at this hotel. What can I say? 💯💯💯. Rooms, food, cleanliness, beach, and resort were all perfect. Exceptional hospitality, and they were extremely helpful for us, as we didn't have a car. Thanks to Annalucia and all the staff... From Rossella and the other waitresses, always available, to the cleaning ladies, and Gerardina at the resort with her brother-in-law, the food...

Excellent three-star hotel in the Lago district of Santa Maria di Castellabate. Cleanliness, courtesy, parking, and proximity to the sea (with a private beach included in the price and easily accessible on foot) are this property's strong points. The breakfast is good (excellent croissants and a quality coffee/cappuccino machine), lunch or dinner is good, with a choice of two first courses and two...

We spent a week from July 26th to August 2nd. The hotel has been partially renovated, and our room was new, with a very comfortable bed and a very large shower. Breakfast is good but a bit repetitive, but the food is excellent; every dish is impeccably prepared and almost always seafood-based. The welcome is warm and welcoming; Annalucia, her sister, and her mother make you feel right at home. The...

Honest hotel with respect to the price, very good restaurant and clean rooms

The view and food from this stunning place is unmatched in the region. Lovely place you will love it ❤️

we had dinner here and stayed here in the past, we always had a great time. a warm and pleasant place, attentive and helpful service. the pizzas are really good and also the grilled fish trio. highly recommended!

Prides itself on having one of the top pizza chefs in southern Italy. But the menu is MUCH better than 'just' pizza which is worth the trip to the top of the mountain anyway. All food is freshly prepared and can trace provenance. Spectacular views even at night.

Very good Pizza!! The atmosphere is great, staff is very friendly and also the Limocello is delicious!!

Structure very, very nice and cured both architecturally and from a hygienic point of view. Spacious and airy rooms. Dinner and breakfast with noteworthy home products. I recommend even an extended stay because Castellabbate deserves it.

This bb despite not overlooking the sea has all the features to earn 5 stars. Excellent and well-kept stone structure. Beautiful courtyard with large patio for breakfast or dinner (on request). The manager carmela is very good, kind and helpful. Make some spectacular desserts that we all tasted at breakfast. The rooms are well soundproofed, comfortable and spacious. Climate ok. If possible, book the...

We spent a wonderful week at this property. There are only 4 guest rooms but this is an advantage because it allows you to receive a very attentive service and a quality of products (the lady prepares delicious homemade cakes for breakfast and delicious dinners). Another advantage is being 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Cilento but, once back in the room, you can enjoy the peace of...

The "La Lamia" farmhouse is located in a pleasant district (Contrada Difesa), in the territory of the Municipality of Perdifumo. In reality, the welcoming structure is located about 2.5 km from Catellabate and about 5 km from Perdifumo. The large building was born from the renovation of a peasant house in 2003. Inside there are 5 rooms, spacious and tastefully furnished, with independent bathrooms...

Carmela and Nicola welcomed us with kindness and sympathy, making us immediately feel at home. Their structure is pretty and very clean. It takes just fifteen minutes by car to reach the sea, and Castellabate is very close. The food is excellent, thanks to the many products of their garden. Theirs is a simple but really tasty cuisine. Honestly, we couldn't have been better, so we extended our stay

The central location and friendly, helpful staff make this place truly unique. The owner, Marco, is always ready to accommodate his guests' every request. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and bright. The beach is easily accessible, and of course, within walking distance, as are all the other amenities Santa Maria offers. In short, it's ideal for those seeking a relaxing...

It does not have a car park but you can easily get around with a free public car park 10 minutes away on foot. The descent to the sea service is not a real lido but a shaded area on the sea not right on the beach, however comfortable and reserved. Good value for money.

We stayed 3 days in the hotel. At first, reading some negative reviews, we were very skeptical, but the stay was better than expected. The owner's welcome was excellent, very kind and nice. The room was quite clean and spacious, the breakfast was abundant and genuine. Hotel gives you a platform on the beach which was very comfortable. As for the structure of the hotel it is located in the course and...

Excellent host very friendly service with private beach 🏖️ and parking

We had a wonderful weekend in this property just steps from the sea. We received a wonderful welcome from Domenico and Annamaria, special and helpful people who accommodated all our requests. Thanks again from Vittorio and Rossella.

Overall, the experience was normal, nothing special. The rooms were very close to each other, with little privacy and a strong cigarette smell (at least in my room). Breakfast was simply a tart with packaged juices and a croissant with Nutella. The owners are very kind. The only problem is that they smoke in the B&B. The rooms are a bit small with a nice little balcony, but it's also small. The only...

This B&B is just steps from the beaches of the Santa Maria di Castellabate Lake area (the closest one is no more than 300 meters away), so they can be reached on foot. And this, in my opinion, is the strength of this charming B&B, perfect for a weekend or a week at the beach without having to use a car to get there. Then there are the owners, Mr. Domenico, who is kind and discreet, is able to accommodate...

We spent one night here as a couple. The hosts were very helpful and kind; we arrived before check-in time and let us leave our bags so we could find them directly in our room. The area is quiet and allows for a peaceful sleep. The room has all the necessary amenities, including a small balcony with a table and drying rack. The breakfast was exceptional, as everything was homemade (the fig tart was...

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B and our experience was beyond positive. The room, though a bit small and furnished simply but tastefully, had everything we needed: a fridge, a small wall-mounted TV, and air conditioning. A lovely outdoor terrace furnished with chairs and a table was a welcome relief. The breakfast, more than delicious, with fruit and delicious pastries, was served by Domenico and his...

The property is beautiful, offering complete relaxation just steps from the town center and the beaches; everything is new, elegant, and immaculately clean. The property's unique selling point is undoubtedly Vincenzo, the owner: I'm celiac, and he literally went out of his way to provide me with a different breakfast every morning. He gave us advice and helpful numbers for restaurants and attractions...

The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with a variety of pastries every morning. The owner, Vincenzo, was very helpful and kind. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us, showed us our room, and even recommended some nice places to dine, since we weren't familiar with the area. What can we say about the pool? It's well-maintained and well-equipped...

Wonderful facility, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The rooms are clean and very tidy. Upon our arrival, our rooms were air-conditioned, a wonderful welcome. Vincenzo is a special person, he takes great care of his guests, and is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this heavenly place.

Villa Lauro has become a beloved place. The residence is located in the countryside, just minutes from the town center and the beach, making it a truly relaxing destination. A well-kept garden surrounds the house and the beautiful pool. The rooms are modern, basic, yet well-equipped. The cleanliness is top-notch. Vincenzo is the host and a wonderful person. Always available, discreet, and attentive...

Vincenzo is a helpful and kind person. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a small terrace and direct access to the pool. A delight for the eyes and the soul, the place is relaxing and a bit far from the chaos of the beach. The pool is an oasis of paradise. Recommended. We'll be back soon.

The service of the host was exceptional. Very professional and assisting with all our questions. The breakfast was very fresh and had a variety of choices, something you wouldn't expect that easily in Italy.

This summer, we had the pleasure of returning to this oasis several times! My family and I stayed at this property, and the experience was absolutely positive. The rooms are meticulously designed, elegant, welcoming, and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Every space exudes a pleasant sense of relaxation, with high-quality services and constant attention to guests' needs. The rooms are equipped with...

Tenuta Bellelli is a rare gem. It's the ideal place for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion, thanks to an atmosphere that blends elegance and warmth. If you're looking for a place where high-quality food meets service that goes far beyond the norm, this is the place to be.

Mariella and Sandro are lovely hosts. The rooms are great, as is the service. The best thing about Tenuta Belleli is the lovely setting in an olive grove and how close it is to the sea.

We had a truly pleasant stay. The room was very clean, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort, including many thoughtful touches like slippers, a makeup remover kit, and a mini-fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was also excellent, varied and plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. Despite the property being surrounded by nature, everything is...

This year we chose Cilento to spend eight days by the sea. We stayed at Tenuta Bellelli in Santa Maria di Castellabate. The property is surrounded by a park with fruit trees and flowers. The rooms are quiet, bright, and clean, stylishly furnished, including original, festive majolica tiles. The two owners, as well as their staff, were kind and welcoming. Our days by the sea were precious and unforgettable

Struttura molto pulita e nuova. Colazione varia. Parcheggio comodo
