Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. You can park free in front of the hotel. Room was quite standard, unfortunately shower was in the bath tub. Bed was good, Standard breakfast. Nice service.
Seeing the Paralympic Wheelchair Curling on two(2) different days was just wonderful and what a holiday! The hotel was superb as usual; the Breakfast Buffet is matchless, as is the wait service. Trust me this standard of breakfast is NOT typical of all 5 Star hotels nor is the service. The view from the windows in bars and eating areas, as well as my room was beautiful and unique. The room, exceptionally...
An excellent experience topped up by charming staff and 5-star standards. The food in the bar was delicious, the bar well stocked and a very good piano player/singer every night. The bedroom was very well appointed, and the ski room outstanding with a very helpful attendant there. To top it all off we had a car breakdown and were completely abandoned at night 30 km away by the useless Europcar...
We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. Even though we are not staying, the bar staff gave me a small birthday pudding with a candle and the service was impeccable. We are back today for post Olympic drinks and have now booked for dinner later this evening. Again, all staff amazing but in particular Nicola - he has been fantastic...
Beautiful hotel, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, fantastic views. nice spa and gym. also very close to main shopping and restaurant area.
Our stay at the Grand Hotel Savoia in Cortina was exceptional. Luca, his front desk staff and the restaurant staff were professional and so nice. We will stay here upon our visit each year. Thank you!

Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.
I arrived in Cortina d'Ampezzo by bus from Venice. The bus stop was in front of the church, the city's symbol, so it was a two-minute walk to the hotel, a two-minute walk to the main street, a 15-minute walk to the Tofana Gondola, and a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Center (bus stop for Tre Cime). The location was perfect. I recommend this hotel for those who want to fully enjoy the Dolomites using...
The location is good, but parking is difficult. Parking costs 40 euros per day.
However, the front desk staff provided excellent service. The black employee who worked the evening shift was so friendly that it was the first time I felt like tipping in Italy.
Great location, but the rest was a letdown.
The hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is super convenient. But beyond that, the experience was disappointing. We stayed one night, and honestly, that was enough.
The room felt worn out and dusty, despite being “cleaned.” Air conditioning is centrally controlled, so during a heatwave, the room stayed hot all night—sleep was impossible.
Parking...
Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.
We stayed one night, slept well, the room was spacious, and we had a good breakfast (which was brought forward upon our request). The only thing I can recommend is a sign indicating where the hotel parking is located (they're currently undergoing construction), and it was difficult to find.
If I have the chance, I'll definitely return to that property.

We celebrated my birthday with family here. The hotel was fantastic, comfortable and spacious rooms with two types of pillows, a lovely spa style pool with a jacuzzi swim out area and the breakfast service in particular was a highlight. Our waiter was amazing and remembered what we liked to drink and eat each day. All of the staff were exceptional and really made the experience. The gym looked great...
Magical place, wonderful staff. People are so gentle, and the hotel was so organized and clean that we really felt like home.
The man at breakfast made our day throughout the stay! The Shuttle service to town was amazing. The rooms were indeed very nice. The hotel lobby isn’t warm and welcoming it looks like a waiting room of an office made to look like a hotel. The SPA lacks - it seems they offer things that the personnel has not ready for - like they're still in school. Considering that Four Seasons is also a 5 star hotel...
Located a little distance from the town centre but opposite a ski jump. Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, well managed. Lovely buffet breakfast spread and their restaurant is elegant. Service is excellent, the Conceirge Susanna is brilliant and most helpful!! Love the view from their breakfast room
I went twice to the SPA center. We have benefited from professional services. Everything is superlative. Silvia and Sara... Note 10+. Whenever I go to that area, I will come back to you. Thanks Joseph
We had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite, which was both elegant and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling wine — a very thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit.
The hotel’s pool and spa facilities were exceptional and provided the perfect way to relax after days of hiking and exploring the area surrounding Cortina d'Ampezzo.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the charm and detail of the decor. It was in a great location in the middle of Cortina. I am planning to stay here again next year!
It was a good hotel but in need of an update. Some might find the double doors and the old fashioned room key charming, but it was a pain to lock and unlock the door. I also couldn’t shower without getting water everywhere ( typical European bathroom with a hand held hose and no shower curtain).
It was extremely clean and the staff were amazing. The location was perfect - right on the Corso d’Italia...
If you are driving, the parking is very confusing. I arrived at the hotel right before 6, but it took me about an hour to figure out the parking. There is an unmarked gate that you are supposed to pull up to, then call the hotel and they will open and meet you out there, then you pull into the square where people are walking all over and you drop off your bags. If you miss this gate, you are stuck...
Excellent service at the center of Cortina
Centrally located in the center of Cortina. Hotel is rustic in a good way, and all in all gives feelings of “good old days”. Service was across the board unusually good, caring, professional and friendly. If I had the guess, people have been working here for decades and kept good care of. While hotel hasn’t gone through a major renovation recently, it has...
Nice environment, but the facilities are a bit old
There is a free car parking facility but you have to check-in first and get the remote-controlled key to get access to the car parking area which is about 3 minutes walk.
The wifi signal did not reach my room which is located at the end of the corridor.
Overall, quite good.

The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us).
The only point for improvement is the room cleanliness; we found some small items (makeup) from previous guests in places that would be easy to spot, but nothing that...
We absolutely loved our stay at Rosapetra. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay feel special.
The restaurant was excellent and loved that breakfast was included. It's well kept and stocked with an additional menu where you can have made to order omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.
The spa facilities were also very impressive. Clean and lots of options with saunas, cold plunge...

We absolutely loved our stay at Rosapetra Spa Resort — it was the perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and relaxation. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Cortina, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private with incredible views of the Dolomites.

A little out of town but free parking. Great breakfast and easy drive to wherever u needed to go. As with most hotels in Cortina, nice views. I don't remember any air conditioning in the room though, only a heater
We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. The staff at the front desk kindly upgraded our rooms free of charge and offered our group the complimentary aperitivo even though we arrived after it had concluded. Staff at the restaurant were lovely and accommodating as well. The rooms were both spacious and spotless, and the landscaping on the property was stunning.
The most phenomenal experience! The staff were lovely & kind! The restaurant offered fresh, unique meals that were heavenly! The location and amenities made this hotel a true dream! Even the views from the hotel are breathtaking! Every area was polished and clean with elegant design. Would recommend staying here or coming back!!!
The staff were the nicest and most helpful people to me and my family. Every breakfast and happy hour we felt welcomed and loved. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning views. We felt like the workers were doing more than they needed too to make us feel at home. Specifically Antonio and Salvatore were memorable everyday we saw them and they were always happy to help us and made the experience...
Nice hotel, very attentive and friendly. The rooms are the weak point; there's no air conditioning and the bed is uncomfortable (the mattress has broken springs). Overall, it's a hotel that's well worth it, especially because of the friendly welcome from the staff.
Definitely not 4 star, and not worth the 800EUR we paid for a family room with 3m2 bathroom for 4 of us. Don’t book in advance, they lower the rates 30% in time; still not a good value. Hotel is old from 70s. We could barely move in the shower. building is outdated. Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in the basement...

Amazing experience! The room was spacious and well organized and the spa and pool were also very great and well organized. A surprise honeymoon gift was also very appreciated
The hotel is not living to expectations and not reflecting the price paid. It is near the main road with a lot of traffic noise. Service is poor, coffee machine not working, no refill of bottle water for the second day and the coffee machine not working.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and most of staff friendly & helpful.
Excellent stay! Rooms very clean and very well maintained spa amenities. I would book here just for the spa, it was that impressive. Staff very attentive and accommodating, they also gave me my VIP benefit :)
Unfortunately we were only here for one night; we wished it had been more. The hotel stay was perfect. We were upgraded to a junior suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights at Hotel De Len in October 2025. The hotel is indulgently comfortable and conveniently located in central Cortina. I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times.
The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking.
Highly recommended.
Excellent service from staff especially Bernadetta at the front desk.
We recently stayed at Hotel de LEN in Cortina d’Ampezzo as a group of 17 ladies — and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Stay of a lifetime
Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. It was so much fun staying there, I can't wait to go back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Serena and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were really beautiful and super clean, everything felt comfortable and very well maintained.

This hotel certainly made us feel very happy at first, but the temperature at night never rose, so it was almost freezing all night. The soundproofing was terrible, and the breakfast was just average. However, I think the location is excellent, and apart from the room not being warm enough at the end of November, it would be a good place to stay in other seasons.
It's a little further from the shopping street, but within walking distance.
The environment is okay, but there are steps in the room, so you need to be careful when entering and exiting the bathroom.
We had a great experience during our 3 nights stay. Everything went smoothly and the staff at reception is very professional. The rooms are superb, clean and modern. The restaurant is also a great value and tasty. Would definitly go back.
It was a quiet and cozy stay. The breakfast was decent. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's fun to stroll around and explore the town.

You must come to the bar and see Luca the Bar Master. We popped in for a quick drink and Luca treated us like kings and queens. The espresso martinis were excellent. The room adjoining the bar is absolutely gorgeous, has a great view and a first rate pool table. What could you want !!!
Thank you Luca !

Okay, when you visit Cortina, make sure you visit the bar (great room and a wonderful pool table) at Parc Hotel Victoria. Luca is the best! We sampled 4 very different cocktails and they were all absolutely wonderful. And, he’s the nicest man in the world! Don’t make the mistake of staying uptown, venture a little further, you’ll be so happy you did!
We had a week staying at this beautiful hotel which has character and charm. The staff in the restaurant and at reception could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was about a 30 second walk to the ski bus and at one end of the main shopping street.
Stayed here with a ski group. Lovely hotel with a staff eager to please! Our room was comfortable with comfortable beds and linens, full bath, mini fridge. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Royal — great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet.
Gorgeous cortina
Amazing location. Wonderful history of the family who owns. Beautiful views
Centrally located, close to everything. However the bars downstairs were noisy until 3-4am on the weekend and kept us up. The walls were also pretty thin and the room doors were super loud. Don’t expect your stay to be restful (this is the only reason for 3 stars). Very good spread for breakfast and the ladies that work there were very friendly.
Highly recommend

Staff friendly and attentive. Clean and nice things like biscuits, chocolates, beds turned down with both a weather forecast and horoscope on your pillow! Rooms big enough. Food average at best. Bar not open. Hotel generally a little tired.

The hotel is located in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from town. It's difficult to book without a car and difficult to get to and from. The balcony has a great view, giving it a country hotel feel. The room was spacious with two balconies. The breakfast was good and at least met my needs.

Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast assortment. Room was nice and had some great views of the surrounding mountains.
Exceptional new [or renovated] Hotel. I particularly liked the Sauna and Spa area. The food in the restaurant was also very good. It is a little away from the main town area so be prepared for a nice stroll to town or drive.

The location is perfect and the hotel is lovely. But above all, the staff is amazing.
Very good location, great view of the new luge track, nice breakfast spread. Room had an exceptional amount of storage area, bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the bathtub edge had some black staining or discoloration in one corner. Other than that the room was immaculate.
The staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in a convenient location closed to bus station, shopping and dining places.
Beautiful mountain views with a quaint and clean room. Hotel includes Turkish bath (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold plunge) but requires reservation to limit the amount of people using at any given time. Reservations were easy to make and plenty of availability. Breakfast and dinner were great, staff very accommodating, and plenty of parking on property.

Overall, it was good, clean, and the breakfast was decent, but the rooms were a bit small.
While the lobby smells a little dated, our room had been renovated with wooden flooring, which gave it the pleasant feel of a homely cottage. The bathroom was still an older style, but it was clean.
We travelled around Italy 10 days and this was our favorite hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bed were softer and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back
Room was clean and breakfast was nice however ran out quickly and reduced restocking after first hour of sitting. Bathrooms clean too although very dated and curtains didn’t close properly in bedroom. Also rooms at front of property disturbed by road noise so request back of property room when booking to ensure restful nights sleep. Some of staff not very welcoming and friendly
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the small town, 1.4 kilometers from the town center. There is a bus stop nearby, a 22-minute walk away. Parking is right next to the road, and someone needs to watch the car when you come in and out. The rooms are a bit small, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. Hotel was fine. VERY basic, but clean enough. It’s a 30 minute walk into town. Which is fine when the weather is good. Breakfast was ok, standard continental. Could have done with bread and a toaster. Rooms need a fridge to keep drinks cold. As there’s no bar or restaurant at the property. Lots to do round about.
A great stay. Fantastic views!
Excellent stay, a really good breakfast & helpful staff. We were likely enough to be given a room with views of the alps. A big thanks!
Quite area far from hustle and bustle. Transportation can be challenging as bus may not be available on Sundays and taxi minimum is $25 no matter how short the ride is.

When we were last in Cortina about two years ago, our lament was that there was not a single top level hotel in all of Cortina - truly not one. Perhaps due to the run-up to the coming Winter Olympics, this has changed significantly with the pending opening of the Mandarin Oriental and a few renovations to older hotels. The cocktails were beautifully made, accompanied by delicious finger food. Our aperitif concluded with a short tour of the restaurant and other truly interesting rooms. What can I say? I'll be back. Well done everyone!

The staff was friendly, and I especially appreciate the guy at reception, who was always ready to help.

Warm room and all amenities, which is important in January.
Bathroom amenities (cotton swabs, cotton pads, shower caps) are available. A bathtub with a shower curtain might be more important for some.
In the room: a closet, a kettle with everything you need...
Great location. Absolutely Terrible beds, bedding and pillows. Unfriendly staff. Decent breakfast.
Very nice staff, and our room had a million dollar view of the Dolomites.
We went in October. Hotel is very nice and in a very beautiful area. There was some confusion regarding reservation but the staff was very cooperative. Decent but very nice breakfast also. For the price we got can ask nothing more. Although I'm not sure what summer prices are like.
Wonderful hotel and staff, and great location to the center of town.
