Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. You can park free in front of the hotel. Room was quite standard, unfortunately shower was in the bath tub. Bed was good, Standard breakfast. Nice service.

We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. Even though we are not staying, the bar staff gave me a small birthday pudding with a candle and the service was impeccable. We celebrated my birthday with family here. The hotel was fantastic, comfortable and spacious rooms with two types of pillows, a lovely spa style pool with a jacuzzi swim out area and the breakfast service in particular was a highlight. Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.

I arrived in Cortina d'Ampezzo by bus from Venice. Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.

Exceptional new [or renovated] Hotel. I particularly liked the Sauna and Spa area. The food in the restaurant was also very good. It is a little away from the main town area so be prepared for a nice stroll to town or drive.

We stayed 4 nights at this fabulous small hotel. Located within walking distance of town and close to 2 small grocery stores, it was the perfect place for our daily hiking adventures to the Dolomites. Our second visit to Camina was fabulous. Umberto, the owner is amazing, and he runs a perfect small hotel. The food is beyond fabulous. We had all our meals on site. Centrally located, close to everything. However the bars downstairs were noisy until 3-4am on the weekend and kept us up. The walls were also pretty thin and the room doors were super loud. Don’t expect your stay to be restful (this is the only reason for 3 stars). Very good spread for breakfast and the ladies that work there were very friendly.

Load but in the middle of town Hotel in the heart of town right above bars that are very active and loud well ibto the early morning hours. Beautiful view. No AC but cools down ar night with open windows. However there are no screens and many bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Room was recieved only partially cleaned with toothpaste still stuck on the sibk from previous residents.

We chose this hotel because we wanted a place with A/C during the heat wave. What a perfect location, right next to the main downtown with restaurants and shops. Beautiful views and the room was very luxurious. Great service, would definitely stay here again. For others who are google review browsing for hotels, there are not many hotels with A/C in Cortina so this was a lucky find on a hot day

If you are driving, the parking is very confusing. I arrived at the hotel right before 6, but it took me about an hour to figure out the parking. The best location and comfort coexist. I recommend visiting. It is a bit crowded and the prices are a bit expensive, but the surrounding commercial area is very good. I recommend it.

We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.

As is typical of Cortina d'Ampezzo, the facilities aren't modern. That's true everywhere else, so I have no complaints. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, so it's all forgivable! The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit of a hassle. The simple breakfast provided was also a nice touch.

The hotel is located in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from town. It's difficult to book without a car and difficult to get to and from. The balcony has a great view, giving it a country hotel feel. The room was spacious with two balconies. The breakfast was good and at least met my needs.

Hotel includes Turkish bath (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold plunge) but requires reservation to limit the amount of people using at any given time. This is a very basic 4 star hotel run by a skeleton staff, and with a small, badly designed and inadequately heated ski room. The buffet meals are poor eg diluted concentrate orange juice and tinned peaches/ prunes for breakfast every day, hot food ( including pasta) left to congeal at dinner, and deserts which comprise mainly dry sponge in various forms.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. Nice hotel, very attentive and friendly. The rooms are the weak point; there's no air conditioning and the bed is uncomfortable (the mattress has broken springs). Overall, it's a hotel that's well worth it, especially because of the friendly welcome from the staff.

Definitely not 4 star, and not worth the 800EUR we paid for a family room with 3m2 bathroom for 4 of us. Don’t book in advance, they lower the rates 30% in time; still not a good value. Hotel is old from 70s. We could barely move in the shower. building is outdated. Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in the basement...

We had a wonderful stay at Serena and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were really beautiful and super clean, everything felt comfortable and very well maintained. This hotel certainly made us feel very happy at first, but the temperature at night never rose, so it was almost freezing all night. The soundproofing was terrible, and the breakfast was just average. However, I think the location is excellent, and apart from the room not being warm enough at the end of November, it would be a good place to stay in other seasons.

It's a little further from the shopping street, but within walking distance.

The environment is okay, but there are steps in the room, so you need to be careful when entering and exiting the bathroom.

We had a great experience during our 3 nights stay. Everything went smoothly and the staff at reception is very professional. The rooms are superb, clean and modern. The restaurant is also a great value and tasty. Would definitly go back.

It was a quiet and cozy stay. The breakfast was decent. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's fun to stroll around and explore the town.
