Hotel Serena in Cortina d'Ampezzo

We had a wonderful stay at Serena and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The rooms were really beautiful and super clean, everything felt comfortable and very well maintained.

We truly recommend trying the restaurant for dinner, as the food is excellent. We especially loved the tasting menu for only 25€, which included an aperitif, a first course, a main course, and dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also excellent and had everything you need, we really loved it.

All the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Myriam, who was very kind to us throughout the entire stay. She gave us great suggestions on what to enjoy in the area and where to ski, which made our trip even better.

This hotel certainly made us feel very happy at first, but the temperature at night never rose, so it was almost freezing all night. The soundproofing was terrible, and the breakfast was just average. However, I think the location is excellent, and apart from the room not being warm enough at the end of November, it would be a good place to stay in other seasons.

It's a little further from the shopping street, but within walking distance.

The environment is okay, but there are steps in the room, so you need to be careful when entering and exiting the bathroom.

We had a great experience during our 3 nights stay. Everything went smoothly and the staff at reception is very professional. The rooms are superb, clean and modern. The restaurant is also a great value and tasty. Would definitly go back.

It was a quiet and cozy stay. The breakfast was decent. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's fun to stroll around and explore the town.

Our experience at Hotel Selena Cortina was exceptional from start to finish. We had booked a room on Booking, but they offered a cheaper rate in person!

The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home—including a surprise room upgrade that made our stay even more relaxing. The room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with stunning mountain views from the balcony.

This was the perfect stop on our journey through the Dolomites—peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to recharge. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
