The room was clean, all shared areas clean. Close to the beach- like you can see it! This hotel should not advertise as having a pool! It is nothing more than a paddling pool; doesn’t come above the knee. 12 sun-beds and these are reserved by larger family’s so you can forget it. If I would have knew they didn’t actually have a swimming pool I would t have booked it.

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Beachfront hotel with various services included such as swimming pool, place on the beach, gym and bikes. Comfortable and clean rooms. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. They kindly kept the restaurant open for us when we arrived late with our kids. Rooms are clean and spacious and the shower is an experience of it’s own.

We spent 24h at Torino Wellness, and we really liked the clean areas, nice room, great breakfast with a spectacular sea view. The bar staff also made my wife the best frozen strawberry daiquiri she had tasted!

I didn’t expect to find this diamond in a small village in Liguria. I hope they never sell to any of the big networks. Hotel is catered for any type of vacationer/business. I would like to point out that their restaurant caters for celiac and multiple gluten free options!!! They have amazing playroom in case it rains. Staff is above and beyond.

We stayed in a JUNIOR SUITE because they gave us access to the beach. We really liked the room, breakfasts, dinners (definitely take half board or more), all the service workers. They are great! Everything is new, clean, no problems! The only thing that could be improved is the service of towels for the beach - they should be included in the price of an already expensive room. Simply stunning location. Step out of your hotel onto the beach. Your own sun lounger and parasol allocated to you. This hotel is excellent value for money. It is kept wonderfully clean. This hotel has a great location - right by the beach and close to Diano Marina. We had a terrific family room (603) with a big terrace right by the ocean. We really loved just laying by the beach and the service by the sea is great. The breakfast and the lunch was though lower than 4 star according to us. We would not recommend eating dinner here with half board. The dinner was inside every night....

I stayed at the Hotel back in September with my family and we couldn't have asked for a Better experience. Everything was perfect since the beginning. Nice rooms but the lack of air conditioning is quite harsh. Cozy pool and bar area but expect nothing extraordinary. OK breakfast. The biggest flaw of this hotel is the non-existing AC but if you can deal with that, I would recommend it.

We have visited twice with children 8 years old and younger. The mini club is always a big success for the children, but the hours are limited to afternoon and again after dinner. We adults enjoy the menu selections (breakfast & dinner) but the children generally do not eat the dinner options. Overall very great experience! The bike equipment at the hotel makes life easy for riders, and it is very much appreciated. The rooms are correct for the hotel standing (might need refreshing soon). Great hotel for families with small children, for other people maybe better to avoid if you are aiming for a relaxing holiday. the food is in the norm, nothing special, simple dishes which, however, vary in the menus. for me as a vegetarian every time at dinner I had to ask to prepare something else or change the dishes because there was nothing. the waiter who served us was friendly.
