Hotel Caravelle Thalasso & Wellness in Diano Marina

Hotel is beautiful, location amazing, maria left our room amazingly clean, maria is the most smiley and helpful member of staff there. The car park is big and has free car charging (slow charge) restaurant is a bit expensive. Open air DJ next to the hotel is VERY loud. Plays till around 1am VERY loud music. Overall good stay. Lots of restaurants and shops next to hotel, a spar for snacks and necessities. All good

Really amazed by the starred-like dinner served by Chef Giuseppe Gentile at the Blu restaurant within the hotel. An experience that can’t be missed.

Hotel is great, people are very kind! The restaurant I really recommend! An unforgettable meal thanks to Chef Giuseppe Gentile—worthy of a Michelin star. The drunken lobster was rich and flavorful, and the red mullet with clams was fresh and perfectly balanced. To finish, a delicate honey dessert from Edoardo that was the perfect sweet and lemon touch. Chef Gentile’s cuisine is refined, elegant, and full of heart.

Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. This is my second visit here. The hotel is situated on a sizable, peaceful lot, with views of the ocean from the large terrace. with a private sundeck and the beach right in front. The swimming area is fantastic. Huge pool with three smaller outdoor hot tubs that face the ocean. A sauna, steam room, and spa pool are located indoors. There are many options for breakfast, including an egg and pancake station. The accommodation had a huge bathroom with one of the greatest showers and was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I must, however, commend the cleaning crew for their excellent work; on occasions, when we weren't ready for our room to be cleaned, I told her to pass. She still cleaned the room whilst we were out. We didn’t eat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner as there are many options locally. The centre of Diano Marina with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants is a 20 min walk or 5 mins by car. San Bartolommeo in the other direction is 2-3 mins walk. We visited San Remo, Alassio and Monte Carlo by car. I am looking forward to returning next year.
