Hotel Nettuno in Diano Marina

The hotel was fair based on the money we paid and a lot of effort was put into the meals. We asked for a room with a view which we got and the view was amazing. The room was ok however cramped with a small fridge balanced on a set of drawers and the kettle had to be boiled on the floor. The bathroom was very small with a shower curtain and was dangerous. If I had a guest who had fallen badly from the wet bathroom floor, who had to lie on the floor for over an hour whilst waiting for a doctor then having to be carried on a stretcher down two flights of stairs then taken to hospital by ambulance, I would have been in that guest room in a flash finding out what had happened and why and trying to do everything to make that guest more comfortable while waiting for the doctor to arrive. But no, Noone came to see what they could do to help until the doctor arrived well over an hour later when someone accompanied him from the hotel to help with translation. No registration of the accident was made in an effort to avoid similar scenarios in the future, nothing so you can get damn sure this will happen again. AND DESPITE TWO EMAILS TO HARRY SHAW, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!
