Hotel Corallo in Eraclea Mare

Only a Restaurant review from a visit 10th June Saturday as didn’t stay here . We walked into the pizzeria restaurant and asked if they would be having the football on , as I was asking the lady at the bar I then saw it on, it was because my grand father wanted to watch the champions league final. However , as I was mid asking the lady she started shouting and waving me away from the bar shouting “ no no restaurant! “. The lady was so rude and I didn’t even get a chance to say we actually wanted to eat as we hadn’t had our evening meal yet before she was waiving me away and being rude . If this lady isn’t the owner then I hope the owners are reading this review as the lady behind the bar lost some good spending customers , and to be honest the place looked dead so could do with some customers . We were an extended family with grand father , 2 grand children’s , and a few adults and we left as the lady was so rude .

Unbelievable Rudeness of lady are the bar , in the restaurant on Saturday 10th June .

Visited with family , extended family and friends as we were staying in the town. I approached the bar and asked if they had the football on , at same time as asking I then saw the football on , then the lady and the bar shouted NO this a restaurant and waived me away ! We were actually looking for somewhere to eat and watch the football so would have been perfect , the lady didn’t even ask if I was eating , which we were ! If she wasn’t the owner then I hope the owner reads this as good customers were turned away , and from what I could see the the place was very quite so I’m pretty sure they could have done with the custom .

Hotel Corallo: absolutely to be avoided !!!!
Planned 2 week stay at this hotel but after only 4 days we literally ran away. Rude, arrogant and most of all liars owners.
Avoid making comments or criticisms about rooms, food or anything else because you will be considered complaining and therefore you will be told that "this is not the hotel for you". The structure itself is excellent but the management is bad. I do not mention all the absurd episodes that have occurred because there is a newspaper article to be written but I strongly recommend that you pay attention to what you agree on by telephone. Have the agreed conditions and figures sent to you by email. At the time of payment, in fact, the owner, as rude as his wife and son, not only does not apply the discount agreed by telephone but also includes the cost of the drinks which, instead, were in the agreed total. He tells me that I had misunderstood but I show him the photo with the WRITTEN NOTE with all the conditions we had established by telephone. Despite this, he demands payment for the drinks; we pay and leave this nightmare hotel.
BE CAREFUL but above all AVOID IT !!!!
