I stayed at the Ruhig with my family for 15 days. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the seafront, on a pedestrian street. The rooms were always tidy and meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was plentiful, although the savory portion could be increased.
The staff were always available, attentive to the guests' needs (one of us was celiac), and always cheerful.
The price was fair for the services, very competitive and without any surprises compared to the quote (a very fair detail, in my opinion).
Two people in particular were special: I would like to highlight the helpfulness and great professionalism of Walter (night porter) and Cinzia (receptionist), two wonderful people who were always attentive to the guests' needs.

We stayed for 9 days in May and it was a 100% positive experience. The staff, besides being highly professional, was empathetic, helpful, and attentive. We had a wonderful time in our room, which had a sea view.
We've stayed in various places over the years, traveling in Italy and abroad, and this hotel, despite being a 3-star hotel, can easily compete with a 4-star establishment!
We also had a small misunderstanding regarding dinner, and to our surprise, the management resolved this issue with great courtesy.
We absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and facing the sea, the cuisine is very good and the staff are attentive and kind. We found a very peaceful environment and that's what we were looking for.

Stayed 1 week last month. Cozy and very clean single room. Prepared and friendly staff. Really excellent cuisine. I only gave 4 stars because the beach is very comfortable but very small with umbrellas too close together. However, I think of returning and for the beach ....... I hope to find more space

For now I write it here: thank you. Really thank you for giving us the opportunity to spend a week in absolute relaxation. All this was favored by the hotel's location which "exploits" both the pedestrian area and the beach under the balconies. I believe, however, that Ugo the chef and his staff make the stay enviable: high quality of the products used, quantity in the dishes beyond the normal, but above all the packaging of food in a simple, essential way that satisfies everyone, children and adults. . In short: a cuisine from the Marche region. Thanks Ugo (I'm sorry I didn't meet you). And then thanks to the four waiters with 20,000 steps a day: experienced professionals who serve about eighty customers in about 60 minutes. And here I want to make an exception for Laura, support waitress and bartender; graduated in April, she chose not to remain idle and threw herself headlong into this job, putting passion and simplicity into it. Finally - but not out of demerit - thanks to Sara with black glasses and Cinzia with (almost) blond hair: welcoming guests as I have seen done, the handyman "mistress" benefits from them. But not all that glitters is gold; indeed, if I wanted to find something unexpected, I would mention room 118: mine. Neat, clean with daily towel changes. Unfortunately, it is placed above the kitchen and so… then it all ends up in the bedroom. Mind you: perfume and it doesn't smell. In short, an appetizer.

Fixed and unmissable stop on our summer holidays, June, July or September. We really feel at home, the rooms are the top, always clean and with daily changes, the food, from a restaurant of another category, and then the place, just go down to the hall to be already on the beach, the comfort is priceless. Balcony with sea view, air conditioning, plenty of water from the shower, the staff always courteous and polite. A holiday at Ruhig recharges the batteries, relaxation is guaranteed ... see you next year.
