Nice sea side property with excellent service

We stayed at the Casadei Hotel for only two days (unfortunately). We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent, with generous portions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple and clean. The beach was literally steps away. We'll definitely be back.

From the moment you arrive in the hotel's convenient private parking lot, you know it's going to be a wonderful holiday, and then you admire the stunning and spacious hotel with its pool, beach, and sea. A special thanks to the owners and all the staff who made us feel at home with their professionalism right from the start. And what can I say about the chef? Everything was perfect. THANK YOU.

I must say that the website is well-designed, and the virtual operator answered every question, finding appropriate solutions for our food intolerance issues. After confirming that everything was fine, we submitted the reservation request. I received an email from the hotel stating that they were unable to accommodate my request regarding food intolerances (celiac disease and lactose-free), terminating the request without finding a solution. Even on the booking website, under "food and beverages," it says "dietary options: dairy-free." It saddens me that in 2025, there are still facilities that discriminate against people with these issues. I am deeply offended to have been rejected, especially since other facilities politely responded by saying that they are not AIC certified but that they would do everything possible to accommodate their guests.
