Definitely a place to return.
Familiar and welcoming atmosphere, like being at home.
Good and basic breakfast, large and clean rooms and a large garden. Surrounded by greenery, in complete tranquility but still convenient for reaching Terni, the Marmore waterfalls, Narni center...
Recommended for both couples and families or friends.
Excellent value for money.

B&B on the outskirts of Narni (near a pipe factory) but despite the area in which it is located is an industrial area, once you cross the gate you forget the external context: the very large, well-kept garden, with barbecue, sunbeds, outdoor tables , games for children, an immense willow under whose shade you can relax in the cool, a (cut) silos transformed into a room.
The structure then used as a B&B has a large common area with sofas, TV, and tables for breakfast and a large buffet from where in the morning we serve breakfast. The breakfast products, however, are all packaged, albeit very varied, but nothing fresh and / or zero km and this is a shame, but the owner warns since our arrival that this will be the mode for breakfast, (justifying the fact with the lack of authorizations for the handling of food).
One of the two huge bedrooms with a double bed, a cot and a queen size bed and a bathroom inside.
While the other room is slightly smaller, but we are always talking about large sizes, however, with the bathroom just outside the room but for exclusive use ... the bathroom almost as large as the room is very nice.
The owners very nice and helpful.
(If you want to be picky, there are some very small details to improve: in the bathroom of the largest room, no shower gel dispenser and toilet paper without a place to "hang it", no shelf to put beauty).
However, a good value for money and a good location, to be taken into consideration.

Structure to say the least welcoming, you have to live it to understand. All with attention to the smallest details but in a very natural way. Silence and relaxation dominate. Strategic place to reach the most beautiful places in Umbria. For my 50th birthday I wanted to touch the deepest part of my being and it did. But a special applause goes to the owners, soul of the place, who, with their warmth and delicacy, made the stay special. See you soon, Stefania.

I stayed in this beautiful structure and I immediately fell in love with it. I was able to appreciate the excellent qualities, cleanliness and order above all, combined with the great availability and care for the guests on the part of the owners who proved to be extremely exquisite people from every point of view, making me really feel at home. Welcomed by a tree-lined avenue and surrounded by greenery in perfect rustic style, it has internal parking, a large and well-kept garden, fully equipped to spend days in the name of tranquility. La Rosmarino, where I stayed, is a large room with 4 very comfortable beds, a large bathroom for exclusive use, a complete kitchen available to guests, an immense convivial room in style, where you can have breakfast made available every morning, in addition to the patio where you can relax in the evening enjoying the tranquility of the place. Really worth a visit, I will definitely be back.
