I had stayed here three nights from Oct 23, 2025. This is an excellent place.

Spotless, comfortable, helpful staff, wifi speed excellent, just enough amenities. Wish there was hair conditioner included as well

First, high cost-performance next to Basilica S, Maria degli Angeli close to the station (within 15min-walk) clean room shower is perfect good breakfast

I was looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay while walking along the Via Lauretana, and what better place than the Domus Pacis Hotel in Santa Maria degli Angeli in Assisi? Excellent location, very central, very close to the Basilica, with attentive and helpful staff. The room is a decent size, tidy and spotlessly clean with all the essentials, located on the second floor, also accessible...

If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads. The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.

Breakfast was interesting but not healthy. Parking was great. Bus service was right outside the door connecting to escalator in the old town. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat terrible sleep. Room was quiet.

We were excited for the theme of the hotel, and the breakfast in the mornings were incredible! Massive buffet with huge assortment of foods, many chocolate themed. Also lots of space for everyone to sit, not cramped at all. The decor in the rooms was fine, but a bit dated. We ate at the restaurant for supper on the first night (we were there two nights), and while the food was excellent, the service...

We are delighted with our stay, the first impression is already great. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, well-kept hotel, clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Good location, close to the mini metro. I hope to visit again someday.

The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

Set quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car

Just an overnight stay in this hotel and glad that it wasn’t longer. Didn’t really like anything about it except the bed which was comfortable. The WiFi was ok, the electric sockets were the 2 pin rectangular type.

whenever in the city I always stay on this hotel for specific reasons and I make myself clear... the price is very normal there is free parking area around the hotel garden the location is only 15 min walk from historical center and the hotel is situated in a very green area among big high trees which make it quiet and cool in case someone wants to leave out of the city is very easy the personnel...

This hotel is an immersive experience and  should be celebrated that way. Imagine travelling back to the 1970s to relive a taste of those years before we all realised we had trashed our planet and internal organs. A full renovation of this place would be a significant financial risk given its location, but to celebrate what they have currently could be genius. Abba nights, fondue parties, Black Forest...

2 meter bed excellent for toll person

This hotel served perfectly our 2 nights stay. Very polite and welcoming receptionist, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was just right and the location was perfect just few minutes outside Spoleto centre. The retro feels of the hotel was very nice. Nothing to complain

Very nice rooms, with an optimal bathroom, everything clean. Staff very helpful and speaks English, very polite and even nice! Right next to the historic centre, so you can walk everywhere. Offers free parking, albeit a bit weird to get there.

We chose this property mainly for its location to the train station. We used Foligno as a base to visit other locations, and the location is perfect. The breakfast is typical Italy- lots of cakes and pastries. No complaints - I’d recommend the hotel

Very easy parking, very close tobthe city centre

Very nice and affordable hotel in the heart of Foligno. The service is way above the number of stars that it has on the front door. We were treated with white gloves from the get go. Furthermore, we had a problem misplacing the electronic key very late at night and the concierge came all the way where we were having a dinner party to bring a spare… this is the kind of service that you don’t get anymore...

You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here. 

Our stay at Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was perfect for our 4 day visit to Assisi. The hotel is an easy 10-15 walk to town but there is also a bus stop at the hotel with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Assisi. Would highly recommend Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza to anyone visiting Assisi

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need to get into the town of Assisi, there is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the hotel. If you want to just stay at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and their pool, you can do that too. If you're on a romantic trip, see if they have the spa available for the private session, it's worth it!

This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. Then, we could come back to LaTerrazza for a wonderful swim with fantastic views and peace. The Hotel is very new and a perfect mix of old stone and crisp clean white walls and newly remodeled room. Will stay here...

A wonderful place to relax with your family and small company. You can visit the lounge area with pool and jacuzzi. You can also go cycling in the surroundings.

Didn't get to enjoy the spas had a short stay I would say the dining was lacking, but in general, a very beautiful vineyard in Tuscany

Room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bath robes . The front desk agent helped us get an earlier dinner reservation. The restaurant was good . All in all a good stay.

This place is a real gem. Absolutely loved our stay here. Did the picnic in the vineyard and the five course meal for dinner. The food was amazing and the hotel rooms are beautiful! We had a view of the vineyards and will return in the future!

Our check in was lovely-she was very kind. The restaurant’s food was fabulous and we enjoyed our time there. The merlot + cab blend was divine! Everything was a sight to take in and we have spoken on coming back if we ever find ourselves in Orvieto again!

Quiet, lovely, relaxing, tranquil. Altarocca is a place for couples looking to get away and spend some quiet time together. The hotel is located atop a lovely hillside overlooking fantastic views of Umbria. The staff is kind, generous, and accommodating and the restaurant on the property has a large variety of exquisite wine and tasteful cuisine.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received, in a great location in the city of Assis. The accommodations are simple, and the air conditioning could be a little stronger, but it didn't detract from the experience.

This is a charming old fashioned hotel founded in 1907, right at the bottom of the hill into town. Lovely continental breakfast, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the basilica. Be warned the restaurant only opens if there are lots of people staying. Assisi is magical

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again.

I Loved this hotel! The view is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be beat. The breakfast and dinner that we had was also amazing! The rooms were not the best and the beds were somewhat hard and uncomfortable but the view from the windows made up for it!

The staff were all very nice and accommodating, but the hotel was not at all what I was expecting from the photos and description. The hotel is old, the furniture is old and tired-looking and the bed was not at all comfortable. We stayed early October and it was still fairly humid out, but the AC had been turned off. Absolutely loved this hotel. Close to Dumo but on a side street. Had a small balcony to enjoy quiet of day or night. Close to lots of restaurants. Staff was great. Walking distance to all. Our room was large and very functional. Small bar downstairs for nightcap.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, has outdoor pool but is quite deep, not for unsupervised children to play in.

We had a Balcony room at Villa Luisa. They have a nice breakfast. Very kind staff. Bathroom had a bidet as well as a toilet, sink and corner shower. The beds are not comfortable. Very hard and not much to them. Transportation into town was not easy. If you have your own transportation, there is parking available.

This hotel is very clean, has an impeccable reception service and the BEST part of the experience, the BREAKFAST. Room was equipped with a refrigerator and individual air conditioning. Internal parking and a restaurant. Price in the range. Conveniently located in walking distance from a supermarket.

The staff were excellent and considerate. Perfect location and extremely clean. In addition the hotel provided an easy and comfortable atmosphere were we could relax and enjoy the amenities such as the pool which was placed in a tranquil area of the hotels gardens.

Great place to stay in, near the station, great staff, newly renovated rooms, parking cross the street for free. The only thing missing is an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. Loved the experience.

Despite the absence of the mat in the bathroom, room are quite comfortable, clean and silent. The place is rather easy to reach and the staff is very much polite. The village is equipped with a small pool, a meditation park end a basketball and tennis court. Wi-fi and air conditioning in the room if you prefer.

Booked a superior room for two nights expecting a window with a view and beautiful furnishings according to the website and advertised photos, but on arrival we were given a room that was very dated and didn't match the advertised room. Hotel Umbra is super convenient and cozy! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, so you can explore easily. Rooms are clean, and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome. The breakfast is one thing that can be improved though.

Lovely quaint peaceful old Italian hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there and the food was delicious. They would lose a little bit of charm becoming slightly more commercial but it may make them more profitable.

Wonderful view over lake Trasimeno, and fine cuisine with local goods, and dishes may be changed according to the wishes of the guests, even if there aren't many vegetarian/vegan dishes since it's typical Umbrian cuisine.

Great location when visiting Assisi. Staff was great and breakfast was one I’d go back for seconds. Only downside was no AC and it was fairly warm for an October evening. So we had to sleep with the windows open which wasn’t the most quiet rest we got.

Home away from home. We only stayed one night but were made very welcome. Easy access to Assisi but located in the middle of fields (of sunflowers) made it a perfect location.The owners were in the process of some changes - they had just opened the beautiful pool and seemed to be preparing extra (much needed) parking space. Had a really lovely stay at the Assisium which was my base for visiting Assisi. Easy, friendly accommodation, very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great outdoor space with a stunning view of Assisi. Staff were exceptionally helpful in a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely breakfast too; ideal for a day of walking to and from the Basilica.

This is a beautiful B&B, such modern rooms built into an older, lovely building. The owners are terrific and helpful. The breakfast is small, but satisfying. Only negative comment would be the first floor rooms, located right off the small lobby/breakfast area, are quite loud when guests come and go. Request a room on a higher floor.
