A nice enough hotel that puts it's guest on the eastern extreme of the historic city, but still well within easy walking distance of all you'd want to see in this beautiful city.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Perugia is a fantastic city and this is a great hotel to use as a base

Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

Perusia Hotel lays about 20 minutes from the historic city center of Perugia. The 24/24 reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Which shouldn't be taken for granted in Italy. The room was very clean, quiet and rather spacious. The included breakfast contained both salty as sweet treats and gave you sufficient energy for exploring the city afterwards.

Little bit far near bus stop and other thing is okay

We enjoyed our stay here, although it was about a 10 minute walk to the gate if the old city, which is fine for us, as we like to walk. The hotel on a hill was nice and overlooking their beautiful chateau, the room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good, the art was nice, and the rooftop panoramic views were spectacular.

Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

Everything was great. The breakfast and diner were wonderful. Loved the court yard. I would highly suggest staying there.

Quick check-in as we arrived after 8 pm. Kiara went above and beyond for me when I asked for ice (which is a luxury in Italy). The room was a nice size and very clean. Breakfast was awesome and included an omelette station. Overall, it has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at over the last week in Italy. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Italy at Sangallo. Other friends stayed here too. All 12 of us together in this hotel! I would say that the only exception to the excellence of our stay was the window view. (You can see here). All else was so excellent!

Nice and clean hotel in a good location to visit the old town of Perugia. The parking could be more comfortable. I would like to have a coffee maker in the room. There was high tech in the room: wireless charging for the phone, mood lights etc.

Best location not right in town where it’s loud but right outside town where it’s a 5 minute beautiful breath taking views and museum like escalator ride to the main city with great shops. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Perugia. Located directly across from the bus station, which connects you to the city's airport, the hotel is close to the escalators leading to Piazza Italia, where you can explore the historic center and its main monuments. This hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are large and modern. Seem recently renovated. The beds are like a rock. I like firm but these are ridiculous. I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. We had supper at the restaurant once and it was horrible!!

Most friendly welcome and very helpful data throughout. Located on the border of the city so it requires a rather steep walk of about 20-25 minutes to get to the old city centre. This was no problem for us as we were travelling with our pet dog who needed exercise anyway. Our room was very kindly prepared to host the dog, with pillow and a treat. Very comfortable stay and recommended!

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of bread and cheese to try. The waffle was soft and fluffy. Fruits - both fresh and candied. Coffee maker was neat- good cappuccino and latte! The room has amazing view. We had a wonderful stay.

Stayed for 2 nights while traveling in a rental car in Tuscany. Arrived via Rome-Civita di Bagnorezzo-Orvieto and stayed for 1 night. The next day, travel to Assisi and stay for one night. Since I was planning to travel to Pienza the next day, it was a perfect base hotel... Clean and friendly hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is always helpful, and the restaurant has excellent chefs who prepare truly delicious dishes. Breakfast is superb. I recommend it; try it and you'll see you'll be back. Excellent parking, the only thing missing is CCTV.

According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip.

After reading several bad reviews, we were disappointed. Completely unjustified. Yes, the building is old, it could probably use a lick of paint and the furniture in the lobby cannot be called new. Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Sin!

Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.

Great stay Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads. The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.

The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were competent and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel’s location across from the Terni train station and at the beginning of the short walk into the city centre could not have been better. Although I did not use the spa and exercise room facilities, I particularly liked the intimacy of the lobby and the small interior garden.

It's a beautiful property overall

The NUN is an amazing place. Fantastic, friendly and personal staff made the time so enjoyable. A beautiful spa area was very unique. Walkable to center of Assisi but in a quiet corner of town.

It's a nice gallery hotel. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. The room arrangements or the building layout is confusing esp for the elderly. We were lucky to have a room that has a balcony that's facing the street. They serve good food! Plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. The Basilica de Santa Maria degli Angeli is a 3- minute walk.

Friendly people at the front desk. Excellent location and hotel. There was a light hanging down from the ceiling in our bathroom, but that was fixed fairly quickly. Breakfast was lovely.

This is a fabulous family run hotel a little way away from Assisi. The restaurant is very good. All the team are wonderful people who go out of their way to help. The hotel is in the main (mostly pedestrian) street of Santa Maria degli Angeli - surrounded by restaurants/bars and a stone’s throw from the Basilica. A great base to visit the region by car, but you can use trains and buses as well.

Grand Hotel Italia apparently just opened, and it was a fantastic experience! It's a beautiful hotel with knowledgeable and friendly staff, oversized rooms, and upgraded bathrooms. They kept some of the most beautiful parts of the old hotel, including the lobby and staircases, but everything else is totally new. We were met by a gentleman who's name is Maurice,  he gave a lot of information and advised on places of interest and great significance to the area. We later checked in, got to our room and although it seems old it is very comfortable and spacious. We also have a large bathroom with a double shower. Breakfast buffet was lovely,  plenty of variety. The Accommodation has an elevator which is a winner...

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

Amazing hotel. The amazing town of Bettona was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the terrace were superb.
