We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Perugia is a fantastic city and this is a great hotel to use as a base

Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

Perusia Hotel lays about 20 minutes from the historic city center of Perugia. The 24/24 reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Which shouldn't be taken for granted in Italy. The room was very clean, quiet and rather spacious. The included breakfast contained both salty as sweet treats and gave you sufficient energy for exploring the city afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay here, although it was about a 10 minute walk to the gate if the old city, which is fine for us, as we like to walk. The hotel on a hill was nice and overlooking their beautiful chateau, the room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good, the art was nice, and the rooftop panoramic views were spectacular.

Quick check-in as we arrived after 8 pm. Kiara went above and beyond for me when I asked for ice (which is a luxury in Italy). The room was a nice size and very clean. Located directly across from the bus station, which connects you to the city's airport, the hotel is close to the escalators leading to Piazza Italia, where you can explore the historic center and its main monuments. I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. We had supper at the restaurant once and it was horrible!!

Most friendly welcome and very helpful data throughout. Located on the border of the city so it requires a rather steep walk of about 20-25 minutes to get to the old city centre. This was no problem for us as we were travelling with our pet dog who needed exercise anyway. Our room was very kindly prepared to host the dog, with pillow and a treat. Very comfortable stay and recommended!

My experience at this hotel was simply perfect. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and professional staff. Stayed for 2 nights while traveling in a rental car in Tuscany. Arrived via Rome-Civita di Bagnorezzo-Orvieto and stayed for 1 night. The next day, travel to Assisi and stay for one night. Since I was planning to travel to Pienza the next day, it was a perfect base hotel... Clean and friendly hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is always helpful, and the restaurant has excellent chefs who prepare truly delicious dishes. Breakfast is superb. I recommend it; try it and you'll see you'll be back. Excellent parking, the only thing missing is CCTV.

Great stay Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. Grand Hotel Italia apparently just opened, and it was a fantastic experience! It's a beautiful hotel with knowledgeable and friendly staff, oversized rooms, and upgraded bathrooms. We were met by a gentleman who's name is Maurice,  he gave a lot of information and advised on places of interest and great significance to the area. The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

A one night stay. One of us was allocated a basic room with very old bathroom and shower and the other with a much better appointed room. The hotel is clearly very old and has lots of history. Overall a good stay.

An interesting former palace with spectacular views over the Umbrian countryside. The hotel was perfectly located on one of the main historic roads yet was quiet. Very easy walkable access to all major sites. The buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh honeycomb, delicious cheeses, fresh fruit and cake and the usual hot options.We highly recommend and would stay again.

Ideal location, halfway between Basilica San Franceso and Chiesa Santa Chiara. Everything in Assisi was within short walking distance. Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was staying here for 3 nights with my Overseas Adventure Travel group of 12. We were very pleased with the attention we had from the greetings by the owners, 2 brothers and their parents. Their restaurant was very accommodating and the food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the sights in Spoleto.
