If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads. The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.

Breakfast was interesting but not healthy. Parking was great. Bus service was right outside the door connecting to escalator in the old town. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat terrible sleep. Room was quiet.

We were excited for the theme of the hotel, and the breakfast in the mornings were incredible! Massive buffet with huge assortment of foods, many chocolate themed. Also lots of space for everyone to sit, not cramped at all. The decor in the rooms was fine, but a bit dated. We are delighted with our stay, the first impression is already great. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, well-kept hotel, clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Good location, close to the mini metro. I hope to visit again someday.

The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

My experience at this hotel was simply perfect. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and professional staff. The room was impeccable: spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. The cleanliness was excellent, and the incredibly comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a busy day. AAA+++ recommended

We arrived at night, and in the room, only the entrance light switched on automatically. The floor and desk lamps were unplugged and had to be plugged in the dark before switching on. A nice enough hotel that puts it's guest on the eastern extreme of the historic city, but still well within easy walking distance of all you'd want to see in this beautiful city.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Perugia. It is just at the edge of city center, making everything convenient. Several times during our stay we just took strolls up to the fountain area. I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. We had supper at the restaurant once and it was horrible!!

Most friendly welcome and very helpful data throughout. Located on the border of the city so it requires a rather steep walk of about 20-25 minutes to get to the old city centre. This was no problem for us as we were travelling with our pet dog who needed exercise anyway. Our room was very kindly prepared to host the dog, with pillow and a treat. Very comfortable stay and recommended!

This hotel is situated outside the main Perugia city, down a hill and a 25 minute walk from the mini metro. Its not terribly convenient for tourists. The rooms are tired. Great stay Our second 14 nights stay. We had deluxe room. It is spacious, excellent bed and big flat-tv. Everything is so easy and relax in this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were competent and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel’s location across from the Terni train station and at the beginning of the short walk into the city centre could not have been better. Although I did not use the spa and exercise room facilities, I particularly liked the intimacy of the lobby and the small interior garden.

This is a family owned and run operation and the hospitality was fantastic - they gave attention to every detail and made our stay a life time memory. You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here. 

Our stay at Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was perfect for our 4 day visit to Assisi. The hotel is an easy 10-15 walk to town but there is also a bus stop at the hotel with a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The accommodations were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a busy day exploring Assisi. Would highly recommend Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza to anyone visiting Assisi

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was awesome! If you need to get into the town of Assisi, there is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the hotel. If you want to just stay at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and their pool, you can do that too. If you're on a romantic trip, see if they have the spa available for the private session, it's worth it!

This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. I had an incredible stay! My requests were happily accommodated by the lovely staff. I arrived late on my first night and I was a little hungry. Very nice hotel close to everything. Parking lot was a plus. Extensive breakfast. If you stay in the apartment, know that it is accessed separately from the hotel up a cobblestone alley, is in a large, brick, vaulted room and does not have windows. We liked it but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
