The welcome was truly superb: the owner made us feel welcome right away with her kindness and helpfulness. You can sense the passion she puts into her work, with a truly rare attention to detail. The property is spotless, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for authentic hospitality and comfort just steps from the sea. We'll definitely be back! Ale & Maddy

Very nice apartment, completely new and tastefully furnished.
Strategic location with street parking nearby.

A very nice B&B, with attention to every detail. The lady who runs it is very kind and ready to accommodate every need.
It's an apartment that has been converted into a B&B. There's a common area with sofas, tables, and everything you need for breakfast. The two bedrooms are separate, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an external bathroom. I stayed in the room with an en-suite bathroom. It's small but has all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries.
The only thing I'd like to improve is the breakfast, which only features packaged products, but I'd also include something fresh, like croissants from the bar.
The price also includes use of bicycles, which are very convenient for getting around San Benedetto. Excellent location, right by the sea.

Bed and breakfast a 30 metri dal lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto. Il centro è semplice da raggiungere. Il bel and breakfast è piccolo ma ha tutte le comodità, aria condizionata, biciclette e frigo bar. Le camere sono nuove e ben ammobiliate.
