After a troubled start, we were able to enjoy our holiday in peace.
Little attentive to the basic needs of the customer for which they intervened only after large and lively reminders even though they were speaking of fast and low-cost interventions ... (the entrance door, in addition to pointing to the ground, did not close from the inside and, for at night, we had to aim for a chair, the dead chandelier fan in a room lacking air conditioning and only one fan was not enough, lack of TV etc etc) In fact everything was resolved after heated discussions. Having said that: excellent location, very good food (in addition to the various dishes, here I ate the best pasticciotti of the whole holiday), excellent and well-kept swimming pools. To conclude: rooms to be reviewed (in these structures and in these places the air conditioning cannot be missing ...), the rest of the structure is good, breakfast and good cuisine ... always pleasure to be pampered ...

1) still does not understand: it is she who during the exposition of the problems of the 2 rooms on our part qualified as a lawyer and my friend simply told her that it could also have been something more .... but as a person NOT as a title .... of the series "And who cares ..."
2) insists on saying "2 estimates" but, check carefully, .... 2 estimates have never been there
3) cutting short for me it is unthinkable that structures like yours have rooms (and not just ours ...) without air conditioning as complained by other guests. In any case, Buon Ferragosto from simple people

Mine is an obvious personal review which is quite positive but some of my group friends had some air conditioning problems .... I propose to the owners to review this problem!

Nice quiet place ...
I speak from personal experience but also from the experience of our friends with whom we shared the holiday ... for those who like us had an air-conditioned room had nothing to complain about but those who had the room only with the fan suffered a lot from the heat even though paying the same amount as those who had the air-conditioned room !!! (important point to review and improve ... as well as the jet and the water pressure in the bathroom which failed several times during our stay)
Good and plentiful breakfast served by a very kind and helpful lady.
