The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

I travel through Italy with groups very often for my job, and I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff here, especially AnnaLaura are all absolute sweethearts, but also extremely professional and attentive, not just to me—but to my somewhat difficult large group of 32 tourists as well. A very nice and clean hotel. The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. From the pool, you have a great view of the sea and the harbor. The breakfast buffet is recommended and has a large selection. There is ample parking.

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Me and my husband have wonderful time in Puglia, Italy for half board basis for 10 nights. This hotel in my own opinion is a very nice location place because it's out of civilizations and peaceful area. The good thing in this hotel,they offer free shuttle van to Polignano e Mare in every hour and return with shuttle bus time table but you have to be aware that the drivers need some rest in the afternoon...

Internet signal was weak at our room isle...and even though we complained, they didn't offer us a room change. Hotel was pretty empty!

Our wifi signal was not good on our room(203). We did claim more than once, to the people at the front desk but they gave us no solution, They didn't solve our problem, they didn't even change us to other room even though there were rooms available since it was low season and there were few people in the hotel.
