Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!

This hotel is nice, but out dated. The staff is very friendly and most of the speaks English fairly well. The room was nice, and beds were comfortable. The lifts were old and half of the were out of service. Location wise it's a 15 minutes walk to the old town center.

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines...

The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. A hotel where many groups gather. It seems a bit far from the city. There's a swimming pool, and the room layouts vary considerably depending on the section you're in (newer or older). We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and I highly recommend it. It's a huge building, yet equipped with every comfort. Spacious and clean rooms, a half-Olympic pool and a children's pool, and also within the hotel is the "Factory," a fantastic pub/burger joint/beer joint/pizzeria. The staff here, especially AnnaLaura are all absolute sweethearts, but also extremely professional and attentive, not just to me—but to my somewhat difficult large group of 32 tourists as well. Nice hotel and really good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Good and comfortable sunbeds by the beach. Nice private and free parking. The things the hotel could do better is that their staff generally don't understand English. We got the wrong pizza...The hotel's private beach and jetty were also used by local people, which was annoying.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed here during our trip to Puglia and found the hotel to be clean and tidy, but unfortunately we felt a bit run down. The furniture was worn, with visible damage to corners and edges, and the shower was so small it was difficult to use comfortably. Honestly disappointed! Very disappointed old structure! Parking gate with key. In the morning room key and gate key were delivered To leave the structure we were in line with other cars for a quarter of an hour, because the reception lady (absurd) had gone to get a coffee! Not recommended...Very disappointed!

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. There was a tiny refrigerator with water and a safe. The bathroom door didn’t close. It would have been nice to have prior notice rather than just walk into it

I booked this hotel for our last night of our 2 weeks holiday in Puglia. Next morning we were heading to Rome on early train. So the hotel is located perfectly. The hotel was clean and room was small but has essential things for your needs. Sound proof could be better. The breakfast was included and was good. They offered us for a welcome drink session, but we couldn’t join in due to our schedule....

A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast. We arrived very late due to issues with transport, but the front desk was open and able to check us in, no problem.

4 star hotel and you deserve it! Internally beautiful and welcoming. Externally, greater care is needed for the spaces. The elegant restaurant but above all quality and well cooked products. The staff are all friendly and helpful but the pearl is Mr. Giovanni. Thank you so much for all the information and directions that made our holiday fun....

It's a good three star (no four), pleasant and quiet. Reception normal. Courteous floor attendants. Nice reading room on the first floor, modest fitness room on the second. Good beds and flawless services. It is facing the sea, all the rooms have a view of it. Too bad it's in a very unsuitable stretch for swimming due to rocks. The beaches of Torre San Giovanni are a quarter of an hour's drive away...

Nothing to say. I travel to many hotels for work, and the first thing to review in all of them is cleanliness. I think I've never seen rooms this clean. Add to that, they're practically new and beautifully crafted with every comfort. The location is perfect, just steps from the sea. Last but not least, the owner's enormous courtesy, available for any request. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel meets Hilton standards; both rooms were very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool is large and offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Lecce, all the way to the sea. The hotel is a bit dated, relatively close to the city center. The staff was excellent.

Dated and stained carpeted room, average bathroom cleaning, no kit (headphones, disposable slippers, etc.). Abundant breakfast with quality products.
