Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!

This hotel is nice, but out dated. The staff is very friendly and most of the speaks English fairly well. The room was nice, and beds were comfortable. The lifts were old and half of the were out of service. Location wise it's a 15 minutes walk to the old town center.

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. Nice hotel and really good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Good and comfortable sunbeds by the beach. Nice private and free parking. The things the hotel could do better is that their staff generally don't understand English. We got the wrong pizza...The hotel's private beach and jetty were also used by local people, which was annoying.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. Fantastic view, all the resort is very nice

Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site. On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria).

A very nice place. The beach isn't very large. At 4 p.m the shadow is on the beach. Wonderful pool, very very large.

I booked this hotel for our last night of our 2 weeks holiday in Puglia. Next morning we were heading to Rome on early train. So the hotel is located perfectly. The hotel was clean and room was small but has essential things for your needs. Sound proof could be better. The breakfast was included and was good. They offered us for a welcome drink session, but we couldn’t join in due to our schedule....

A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

The best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent breakfast. We arrived very late due to issues with transport, but the front desk was open and able to check us in, no problem.

It's a good three star (no four), pleasant and quiet. Reception normal. Courteous floor attendants. Nice reading room on the first floor, modest fitness room on the second. Good beds and flawless services. It is facing the sea, all the rooms have a view of it. Too bad it's in a very unsuitable stretch for swimming due to rocks. The beaches of Torre San Giovanni are a quarter of an hour's drive away...
