it s a family business, everybody very nice, from the owner (thats also the cook of the extra good breakfast) to the son, very kind guy. Rooms are clean, position is 5min from otranto but in a quiet countryside area. The pictures don't really do this place justice. it's an oasis of calm and peace among olive trees. The pool is quite big and we had it to ourselves almost the whole stay! Perfect location, only 5 min away by car from the coast. And Sebastiano is very kind, thank you!

We had a great time. Stayed for 9 nights with 2 kids. Pool was amazing, beaches are close (approx 7-8 min by car). Everything is comfortable, clean and new. We even had the chance to plug-in our rental electric car. Thank you, we will be back!

B&B you'll want to return to. A small, renovated farmhouse located near Oria, on the Salento coast, completely immersed in an olive grove. Surrounded by flowers and beautiful oleanders. Quiet location, just a few rooms. Onsite parking. The owner is extremely kind and always available. The only downside is the somewhat meager breakfast. That said, we've been coming here for six years. Highly recommended

Cosimo and Lucia offered a wonderful welcome. The property is beautiful, and you can see that excellent materials were used in the renovation. Spacious common areas. A quiet guesthouse. The owners are very friendly. Cookies, coffee, and tea are available in the common areas. Juice and bottled water are stocked in the refrigerator. Highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay with the children. Nice pool, not too crowded, well located for exploring, a lot of space to play and animals. Great nature and venue taken care of. We had a wonderful relaxing experience staying here, beautiful grounds with olive trees, flowers and farm animals. The playground and pool are also a great addition for kids. Everyone who works here is kind and attentive. Breakfast is yummy and dinner was also very good. We will gladly recommend this place to anyone going to Puglia.

The hotel is located very close to Monopoli (5 minutes by car). There is no reception - the owner has an office in the restaurant where he welcomes guests. Unfortunately, he speaks very little English. A very nice, simple and practical place to stay also with kids. Beautiful rooms with detailed decoration and all you need for a wonderful experience in the middle of olive trees. The traditional cuisine, tasty and of excellent quality, with a presentation that is also beautiful, blends perfectly with the beauty of the countryside and the structure. The masseria is beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, clean, and safe but it's Antonio and Alessandra who make it absolutely special and memorable. Their hospitality, helpful suggestions on what to do and where to go, and delicious, private, and Salentina breakfast home made with fresh ingredients from their farm was truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Alessandra & Antonio are amazing hosts. Antonio provides fabulous directions & recommendations to the local sights & restaurants. Alessandra creates an incredible homemade breakfast each morning with enough leftover to feed you the rest of the day … and they are both very kind.

Eleonora and her family were fantastic and welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond to look after us and arranged a cooking class, a tour of their vineyards and a number of transfers. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their delightful home. (Photo is of their pasta making class!)

Very nice place. Lovely rooms and breakfast. Friendly people everywhere. The beaches are not too far away. Nearby you have restaurants in the villages, too. We like it here.

I chose Masseria Narducci for a romantic dinner with my husband. The grounds are super nice, very nicely decorated and displayed. Great atmosphere, and the food was very good. We spent 5 relaxing nights in this beautiful masseria, family run with friendly & helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool & gardens very much. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with great local wines; and as a vegetarian I was well catered for. The buffet breakfast was tasty - especially the home made cakes.

We had a great visit here. Spent one Saturday night in October near the end of the season. Professional communications with us via email until we checked in. Fine dinner menu. Restaurant was full for dinner, which is always a good sign. Room was lovely, and so were the grounds for walks and talks in the nature. Would visit again one day no worries.

The location is definitely the highlight, on the middle of a wonderful countryside, surrounded by olive trees. The house is also very beautiful, made of old stones bricks. We hosted our wedding at Masseria Borgo Santuri in June 2025. The wedding planning was put under new management recently and the service was superb. Claudia took care of our every wish, made us feel taken care of and made it very easy to host our destination wedding at their place. Our travel agent booked the Borge Santuri for us. At first, we were disappointed because it is outside of town and we requested to be in city center hotels on this trip. However, the charming staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, relaxing pool, and the comfortable room won us over. We loved everything about Santuri. Highly recommend.

On vacation in Ostuni, we were looking for a traditional Apulian dinner in a typical masseria... we didn't find it here. The food was good, but nothing typical of Apulia to showcase the region... orecchietta, friselle, etc. The food was good, but typical restaurant fare, something we tourists (perhaps mistakenly) expect from a masseria in Puglia. A bit of a disappointment compared to the lovely late summer dinner... there was only one waiter, so the service was very slow, and the wines didn't match those on the menu. Fabulous place to stay out of town. Beautiful rural setting. Hosts Antonia and Giovanni made sure we were informed about things to see and do. Giovani took us on a stunning and informative 7k walk along the local Roman aqueducts and Antonia taught us how to make orecchiette on which we then dined. The Trulli accomm is small but has everything you need. Fabulous hosts. Highly recommend.

Very nice and helpful owner. Place was clean, there is even a parking space in front of the room. The room we were assigned missed charm. Our breakfast was served in paper/plastic plates, we had old bread and very limited choices.

At first I think it is too remote, but after staying here for a night, I loved how tranquil and peaceful here is, you can enjoy the whole trullo and the lovely southern Italian atmosphere all by yourself.

Nice to stay in a Trullo which had an Olive garden in front. In particular the evenings on the terrace were great as we cooked our own food in the place and enjoyed the calm.

This is already the second time I have stayed at L'aire. Courtesy and familiarity are the masters. Personally I stayed (in both living rooms) in the "Granaio", a mini apartment that also has a kitchen with 4 burners, sink and fridge.
