Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

Nice hotel and really good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Good and comfortable sunbeds by the beach. Nice private and free parking. The things the hotel could do better is that their staff generally don't understand English. We got the wrong pizza...The hotel's private beach and jetty were also used by local people, which was annoying.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. There was a tiny refrigerator with water and a safe. The bathroom door didn’t close. It would have been nice to have prior notice rather than just walk into it

Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site. On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria).

It's a good three star (no four), pleasant and quiet. Reception normal. Courteous floor attendants. Nice reading room on the first floor, modest fitness room on the second. Good beds and flawless services. It is facing the sea, all the rooms have a view of it. Too bad it's in a very unsuitable stretch for swimming due to rocks. The beaches of Torre San Giovanni are a quarter of an hour's drive away...

Nice but rather simple hotel within the resort. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast crouded. No dinner, bar or service during the day, but availble within the resort. But the resort in general is great. We were probably the only non-Italiens on the place.

Great place for older kids to have fun. It is a closed in are, so kids can rome freely without there parents worrying.

I love Pugnochiuso is very exciting and fantastic, is a nice place for family holidays. The entire environment is very neat, good food, excellent entertainment and cheerful staffs.

This is a large resort hotel with a great idea in mind. The grounds are beautiful, it looks great, rooms are spacious, there are 2 pools, good restaurant and access to the beach But the shower pressure is really bad, the bathroom door opens into the bathroom taking half the space, lighting inside the rooms is ineffective, the bedding is so so, there are no mosquito nets on the large balcony doors...

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the views are expansive, and it's good for a good night's sleep. The staff are warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel has a great location with beautiful seaside scenery and convenient transportation. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the rooms are very clean.

Overall the hotel was very clean as was our room which also had plenty space. In the room, while the toilet was a seperate room, the shower was in the actual bedroom area and while screened on one side was open to the other. Overall, we were left with more negative memories than positive ones. The pool does exist, but it’s small and the water is very cold. The service also seems fine, but it does not match the level of a five-star hotel, not even close. What really saved the experience was the restaurant and the good location of the hotel. Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Truly amazing service and the family room and spa are great as well!
