Room cleaning was lovely, gf options at breakfast which food was also good- we had no WiFi all week but they did try to fix it with a booster. Staff was pleasant and Massage was great!

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not very tasty. A lot of bread to choose from if you like that. Could use some pancakes or french toast.

Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities. We loved yoga classes at sunset, unfortunately they were stopped starting September 15, so we missed this activity. The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

The hotel should be highly ranked for its comfort, attentive personnel and the restaurant, of course. All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite.

Lovely clean luxury hotel and spa. Visited mid August. Food was excellent, our party of 5 two had allergies two had dairy/ gluten intolerance restaurant lady manager saw to it that we had best dining experience every meal. Spa was excellent. All staff were very helpful sometimes going beyond what was expected. Beach is well served and well serviced and transport to the beach is frequent.

This is by far one of my best memories this year. The food amazing, rooms comfortable and wel kept. Walking is a must but i dont mind. Pool and spa did not leave me wanting. And thank you Nadja for helping me with all my questions and making everything more welcoming. Would recomend.

Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia. Restaurant is great. Common areas are quite nice and so is the beach. Decor of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with hot good available to order. Dinner was a choice of two starters and two main courses with a salad bar available and followed by dessert. Absolutely no complaints...

This is simply the best family hotel you can look for. Clean, friendly staff, professinalism and a white sandy beach all for you. Spent a week there and cannot recommend enough. They have nice, not pushy entertainment, miniclub and free traditional food experience (panzerotti, pizza, pettole, etc.) every other day. Only downside you'll go back home with few kg extra :-)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.

We've just spent 10 nights in this hotel. The breakfast food was far from fresh. The scrambled egg was burnt most days or soggy other days. Tinned fruit and pastries that tasted like they were left over from the previous day. The evening buffet was so bad that the amount of food left over on plates was shocking. The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast, however, is definitely worth praising, it was really good.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two...

We had a great time at Bougainvillea with virtuous pianist Mino. My family and I went for drinks at the bar and little did we know we ended up singing along with him.  Mino is so wonderful and inviting that he started to play some Boleros for us and then later on, I sang some Italian songs with him. Masseria Torre Maizza is incredible! The staff is friendly, happy, and is willing to do anything to make your trip perfect! Don’t miss after dinner cocktails with pianist, Mino. Not recommended. Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. Nicely located, cozy hotel, not too big, on a beautiful resort. Sun lovers can choose between the beach 50 meters away and a large swimming pool, see photos. Really nice staff at reception. Beach beautiful, and hotel in beautiful spot. No restaurants, bars or options within walking distance, so you have to eat at the hotel if your not wanting to drive 10 minutes to Gallipoli. Loud music and lights on outside makes for a hard sleep. I stay here about a sport competition. The location is pretty, but the food isn't the best quality of this place. Bread and other products are feeling old, but the service of personal are good.
