At first, it was difficult to get used to the fact that sunbeds on the sandy beach come at an extra charge, and finding a free spot in the restaurant could also be challenging
We were greeted by friendly and service-minded staff who made our holiday perfect for relaxation, whether in the stunning bay, the natural cave La Cricca, or the swimming pools located centrally and in the quieter relaxation area of the Masseria
Taking a boat along the coast from the resort, snorkeling, and enjoying the perfect weather, abundant sunshine, and warm sea water was an incredible experience
This year, we also visited the local and natural beaches Baia dei Turchi and Spiaggia Alimini, just a 15-25 minute walk north of the resort
The location and the architecture, which seamlessly blends with the landscape, are truly amazing, enjoying it every single moment
Returning to Le Cale d'Otranto Beach Resort with our family and friends was simply wonderful
Great hotel with amazing facilities and friendly staff. The beach is great, the food is tasty, there are a few pools on the territory and very cozy space with hummocks
Wonderful at the beach with cold drinks and fresh fruits served. Special thanks to Sabrina and Patrick who was always there when we needed them. There were just wonderful Mike and Marianne Negash.
The restaurant has a varied menu, an abundance of seafood, fresh cheeses, vegetables and fruits
The beach is superb! Thoroughly recommended
The food, the resort, the beach and swiming pools are amazing. The perfect resort for children and for families. I would recomend to everybody who would like to enjoy a relaxin vacation
Excellent Vacation and experience. Food, Kids club, staff, beach all great. The fitness club stand out for the professionalism and cleanliness

Nice resort on the seaside
Didn’t like that you couldn’t have anything to eat after nine at night. When travelling and arrive late, you have no option. Other than that, nice place to stay
Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar
What was good
- rooms were clean and spacious
- pool areas were large
- kids area was good
Here is what was not so good
- check in at 5pm is the latest of any hotel I have stayed in and it took ages to get my keys despite there being 3 people on reception
- they charge you EUR 30 per night on top of the room rate for the ‘use of the facilities’ which is ridiculous
- the WiFi was down at night in...
Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Overall, Torre Cintola deserves a perfect score of 10 for its fantastic environment, incredible food and drinks, and exceptional staff
Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not very tasty. A lot of bread to choose from if you like that. Could use some pancakes or french toast.
Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all
Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for and independent
The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between professional and relaxing — elegant interiors, immaculate service, and a touch of Mediterranean soul in every detail
Also I would like to mention some areas for improvement:
The inconsistency in food seasoning and the assortment in the buffet;
The information about the seasonal/monthly set of activities
The room was very cleaned and had an every day quality cleaning. Access to private beach was a huge plus
The facilities are below expectations if you want to sport and tennis really is not the place to go. Beach is nice....food quality is good....long queues for a cappuccino for a silly booking systems.
On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines and equipment we liked and use. Staff was being attentive , professional, and available to assist with our needs
Hey i am Dheeraj from india recently i am on tour of puglia i stay in cala Corvino I don’t speak Italian well they help me kn everything. One of the best resort and restaurant I visit in Italy
There are features that are superbe, others that need improvement. Great features: location, swimming pools, personnel at the swimming pool and for lunch/dinner
The best thing is that the staff here is very nice. I want to tell all of you that whenever you are on a tour to Puglia, you must visit Cala Corvino, you will get every kind of facility here
I have seen many hotels but this one is the best among all . The open environment and greenery make it even more beautiful. It is truly a five star hotel and the staff is also very helpful.
The only decent thing was the entertainment for the children (the elves were great with them) and the food for the lunches and dinner was nice. As for the rest we weren't impressed
The bed was broken, the door handle kept coming off, the bathroom door constantly got stuck, holes everywhere, no WiFi, barely any channels working on TV even for the kids
Paradise
The staff is amazing. Very professional and detail oriented. The resort is top notch with beautiful pools and a private beach. The food was fantastic. Will definitely be back
Beautiful clean facilities, with three pools and access to the beach Excellent breakfast options. Rooms were clean. Two restaurant options. It's an oasis in Puglia.
We never struggled for a sunbed and you are placed in the rows according to your level of room/ suite. We loved our suite, very high specification, looked like it’s been recently refurbished
Unfortunately the beach club does not offer any service at the beach and some basic water facilities would be useful instead of having to walk back to the beach restaurant and pay for premium water
Although this hotel is lovely, very clean, with stunning pools and a nice restaurant, I cannot recommend it for families. The lifeguards were extremely rude to the children and seemed to dislike any noise at all
The bottom pool became unusable due to the area near the pool being used as breakout sessions with flip charts. My wife and I work in the corporate environment, and a holiday is to escape this type of thing
The divide between adults and family areas while evident doesn't make you feel excluded. Some days we would drop our child in the kids club and head over to the adult pool but also happy to just around the kid's pool
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia
Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom
Stunning hotel.
What a beautiful hotel. Amazing efficient service. Lovely pools. Like much and dinner quite pricey but to be expected in such a high end resort.
I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful
Amazing place on earth
Feels like being in your own palazzo
Great brach club, main pool and kids pool
Very cool restaurants and food
Friendly and highly attentive service
Keep it up
Pros: The location is great as there are 4 - 5 good to excellent dining options outside the complex (Elia, The Anchor. The access to a beautiful private sandy beach area and comfortable lounge chairs is perfect
We came from Lithuania in 2026 of April. We're amazed from beautiful city, friendly staff and delicious food. Thank you very much, *****
The pool area was very spacious and with two pools more than adequate sun beds , no getting up early to reserve a sun bed required. we were all inclusive but beware that was only up until 10pm although the bar shut at 10
We stayed with Great Rail journeys and will not be travelling with them again if this is indicative of their choice of accommodation
We were all inclusive but staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour getting us a drink. The pool bar was the only place to get drinks during the day and very limited options
It's sort of like a Butlins holiday you have coloured wrist bands and live in little rooms that are very basic.
Would l come again No
I’m afraid they have spoiled me for other hotels because the food here is also very homemade and spectacular. I would go out of my way to stay here even though I don’t love most of Taranto
Lovely hotel in Taranto, great view and nice pool, they are currently doing renovations, which will update the rooms. The only drawback was parking being so limited.
I travel through Italy with groups very often for my job, and I can highly recommend this hotel
Room with a lovely sea view, it was spacious and the hotel has a great breakfast!
The front of house and concierge, Alexander really made our stay. He gave excellent recommendations for food and wineries
We were put in the old part of the hotel, they called it an upgrade because of the sea view, but hygene was horrible
The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. From the pool, you have a great view of the sea and the harbor. The breakfast buffet is recommended and has a large selection

It’s an amazing place to disconnect from the reality for a little bit. The service was outstanding! Highly recommended!
Game of two halves!
Daytime excellent: breakfast, lunch, pool & other facilities. Nighttime: a la carte restaurant poor, buffet OK but expensive option, overall lacked soul. Recommend offering a bar menu until 9pm
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Property was nice can use some improvements. Staff at the front desk were nice and cleaning personnel was very nice.
Nice hotel and really good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Good and comfortable sunbeds by the beach. Nice private and free parking
My family and I stayed for several days and we were the only family we saw. The average age of everyone we saw was 65+. And we saw dozens of people at the pool/beach/breakfast/around the hotel
It was like being in a palace!
With a beautiful view to Adriatic sea, with a balcony, the room with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. Rich breakfast. Friendly stuff.
Everything was great!
The property is a bit dated but convenient as it's located right on the town's main road. Superb sea views and excellent breakfast. 🤩
” Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of food. However, if you wanted to eat outside in the lovely outdoor seating area, you were expected to clear your own table — something we found unusual for a hotel
In the morning room key and gate key were delivered
To leave the structure we were in line with other cars for a quarter of an hour, because the reception lady (absurd) had gone to get a coffee!
Not recommended
Zero: There’s something I haven’t told you, Agatha. It’s very valuable, maybe five million klubeks, in fact. I don’t know if anyone’s even noticed it’s missing yet but if something should happen to me and M
Not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting — there’s a bar directly across the street that played music until at least 1 a. , with people often lingering and talking loudly until about 2 a
Lovely hotel. A little noisy as ubisi from the road, but everything brightens up the wonderful artificial sand beach and convenient location for trips by car in any direction
The beach is not private but it's beautiful, it should be advertised as semi private. The rooms are very pretty but this isn't a five star, I left very disappointed in the dinner
As for other comments about the hotel: service was exceptional, both the front of house, at the beach and the breakfast servers. Everyone was so attentive, kind and polite
My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary. This hotel is nice, but not a 5-star hotel. I don't know how they received this rating
My warning to those staying here, especially during the hot summer months, that you check on reviews and with the hotel directly to determine how well the air conditioning functions (if you have trouble sleeping in warm, sticky, humid rooms)
I would have given this five stars, however, on our first night, after we checked in to our second level suite, the temp would not go below 28. We had little to no sleep that night, as the room was so hot and humid

One of our favorites
This is an amazing resort. Beautiful beach and pool. Very nice rooms, wonderful service and an excellent breakfast buffet, beachfront lunch and three course dinner. We will be back.
The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach. Something we really appreciated about the hotel was the breakfast
There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access
Both a huge and high quality sweet selection (which we don’t appreciate but know many do) as well as made to order egg dishes, good bread, cheese, ham and even a juice station where you could make your own juice with a choice of many fruits as well ass healthy vegetables including fresh ginger
Fantastic coffee goes without saying, it’s Italy after all. The walk to the town is fairly simple. 20 minutes to reach most restaurants and it’s only a slight climb at the end
Highly recommend!
This was a great hotel. Clean and very spacious with a feeling of high standard (for Italian standard)
Great room size, location, view, and breakfast
Lovely room with sea view large balcony. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional! Endless hot and cold choices, desserts. Fresh breads, fresh fruits,
Nice and clean rooms. Recommend booking a room with a balconey and a beautiful sea view to fully enjoy the location. We also enjoyed the roof top!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I was there the day before the hotel closed for the season, but got full service. They could not have been nicer.
The onsite bar, restaurant and breakfast service was just wonderful! Kudos to the chief - we don’t normally eat at hotel restaurants but this one was exceptional and the outdoor dining area was beautiful and comfortable
Lovely place to stay
Very nice hotel with a great view. Super helpful staff. Nice terrace for drinks with a view. Good restaurant. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety.
Excelent!!!
All the personal was very kind and explain me with details.
My room was very clean and fresh, the breakfast delicious.
Thanks for all
The only good thing is the location near the sea but the price should not be so expensive at this time. Not this kind of price for those conditions
Hotel Plaza in Taranto offers spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Its central location allows easy access to the city’s main attractions
Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel service
The staff provide professional and welcoming service. Overall, the stay is pleasant and convenient, making it a good choice for visitors to Taranto
Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us
Spent 2 nights here as part of a southern Italy tour. Public areas of the hotel are smart and welcoming. The reception and breakfast staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good continental fare

Beautiful structure that can offer more services, it is in a good position to travel by car to visit nearby cities and to go to the seaside, kind and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, some things that you can't find on the tables where the products are you have to ask them if you can help, the only flaw was that the room we had in the bathroom, the shower head wasn't the best, I don't accept something...
It's a good three star (no four), pleasant and quiet. Nice reading room on the first floor, modest fitness room on the second. Good beds and flawless services. It is facing the sea, all the rooms have a view of it
We stayed this August bank holiday, the location was perfect. Kudos to Erika at the front desk, a true professional who patiently explained all the itineraries to us. Kudos to Piero, who was top-notch in every way.
The sea view from which you can enjoy it in every room is priceless, the kindness of the managers, the guys who take care of tidying up the rooms, the fantastic breakfast with homemade products and the restaurant's cuisine for dinner
Too bad it's in a very unsuitable stretch for swimming due to rocks. The beaches of Torre San Giovanni are a quarter of an hour's drive away. The center of Torre is 10 minutes away
Beachfront hotel with very friendly staff, especially Erika, who was attentive and helpful. The bathroom and furnishings could be improved, but the price is partly worth it
Beautiful panorama. Full of great activities for kids and families. 2 swimming polls and 2 beautiful and charming beaches. Evening animation.
Great place for older kids to have fun. It is a closed in are, so kids can rome freely without there parents worrying.
The place has the best water sports in the gargano in provincia di foggia italia...
I loved the place and i will definetly go back to this hotel...
I love Pugnochiuso is very exciting and fantastic, is a nice place for family holidays. The entire environment is very neat, good food, excellent entertainment and cheerful staffs.
Nice but rather simple hotel within the resort. No dinner, bar or service during the day, but availble within the resort. But the resort in general is great. We were probably the only non-Italiens on the place
The hotel has a great location with beautiful seaside scenery and convenient transportation. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the rooms are very clean
Horrible Shower! The architect should be fired. It is in the middle of the room with no door or privacy. The water splashes all around. Everything else was fantastic! Great location and beautiful views
I enjoy the buffet breakfast and the view and it's really close to major attractions.
Also in the room while there were glasses, and plastic tumblers at the sink, there were only paper cups if you wanted tea or coffee, which for us was a very small selection of tea bags, sachets of instant coffee and a couple of small plastic pots of milk
The location is good only a few minutes stroll to the new town for shopping, or 15 minutes to the old town. And if its a nice day there is a good roof top terrace with sun loungers and a small pool
Overall, we were left with more negative memories than positive ones. The pool does exist, but it’s small and the water is very cold

Newly built hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Near the sea but outside the center, there is the shuttle but the timetables are incomprehensible
The location is perfect, just steps from the sea. Last but not least, the owner's enormous courtesy, available for any request
Good location for the beaches.
I travel to many hotels for work, and the first thing to review in all of them is cleanliness. I think I've never seen rooms this clean. Add to that, they're practically new and beautifully crafted with every comfort
For the GPS though will take you to a back street that has no access to the hotel. Know that the Hotel is on SP340 Via Circonvallazionne. The breakfasts are excellent with lots of choice a large dining room

The sea is easily accessible and if not rough it is also good, the beach is not excellent but quiet. Excellent cuisine, of quality, abundant and never repetitive, also excellent service
The three swimming pools are very spacious. The beach is close and particularly beautiful
Good food, pools, beach and cleaning. Just car park is a problem: quite far away, no security and no luggage download zones @ reception so needed to carry luggages without trolley
Good and well maintained swimming pools, bar available for drinks including coffee in full board. Pleasant entertainment and good shows. The beautiful city of Peschici can also be reached with a walk
The village is situated in a beautiful location, on the hill just above the beach of the bay of Peschici. The village is very cute with the houses arranged along various paths full of flowers
1. Food (absolutely great)
2. Seaside
3. Gargano Park
