Aurea Hotel Tortoreto Lido in Tortoreto

We stayed one night; it was a stopover on a long trip. I had booked a quadruple room with Booking months before check-in, but in the meantime, my card had expired, so the Booking reservation was canceled. However, after speaking over the phone, they kept the reservation.
The price on Booking was €319, and I paid €321, which, considering there are no commissions with direct bookings, isn't fair. Nor do I find it fair that I paid €10 for parking that I didn't actually use, since I ended up in the emergency room that night. In any case, €331 is an exorbitant price for what we received.
The hotel has recently been renovated in some areas, and I found the breakfast good, but there are some drawbacks. First and foremost, the room wasn't clean enough: hair in the bidet, dirty floor, dated and dirty shower, dusty balcony, and doors marked by greasy hands. I should emphasize that we stayed one night, so we're talking about cleaning upon arrival, not tidying.
The balcony was large, with a disappointing view, and very dusty.
Mattress was extremely sagging.
I wouldn't go back.
I should point out that the payment was made by my husband in the morning, not by me. I would have pointed out that I didn't find the bill accurate, and this fact affected the rating. If they had been more glowing, I probably wouldn't have written the review, but I wouldn't have returned anyway.

No parking - just an improvised slot on the stteet. At 9;20 the breakfast table has no eggs, , ham or cheese - it did'nt happen to us in ^^ hotels. The online asset is quite comfortable room and bed. But the 4 stars demad more!
