Location and the view was nice.no elevator, no luggage storage,no possibility to late c out,breakfast was served 400m away was poor,we suggest them to write down informationwhere to go,the code for the door, important details etc

We stayed at this property on August 14th and 15th 2021. The studio room with Porto view, I would say exceptional point and view but in addition to this I would rate this structure as bad.
Starting with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room equal to zero, dirty sheets with the presence of brown spots, dander and hair.
Bathroom furnishings, furniture, mirrors, table, greasy and dirty glass windows.
Dirty kitchen and coffee maker still with pods inside probably from previous guests.
Floor with hair and stains, had not been washed.
Finally we had problems with the hot water on the day of August, we had to wash ourselves with ice water.
Moral of the whole owner that we do not even know who he was he sent the girls to check, poor things as well as apologizing the continuation did not know what to do in the end they change the sheets and the next day they send us the lady to clean the room but it was better than not was worse than before.
At this point we call Francesco the owner directly because we are tired of everything, we have a telephone discussion, he does not find a solution to meet us at least to apologize, in the end he closes the phone saying I stop this conversation you do what you think is most appropriate. I would say rude person, bad and uncouth.
To say that this structure on Booking is rated Excellent plus the
Room paid handsomely 145 euros per day.
