Internet signal was weak at our room isle...and even though we complained, they didn't offer us a room change. Hotel was pretty empty!

Our wifi signal was not good on our room(203). We did claim more than once, to the people at the front desk but they gave us no solution, They didn't solve our problem, they didn't even change us to other room even though there were rooms available since it was low season and there were few people in the hotel.

Visited for 3 nights as part of a Riviera tour. 2 coach parties arrived at the same time but this was dealt with efficiently. I loved the hotel after 2 chain hotels it was a welcome breath of air. From my point of view it is not 4 stars there are so many things to review, (Hotel linen broken both at table and in bed.) The kitchen dishes are scarce, and repetitive. Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site. On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria).

A friend and I from the UK stayed at Hotel Falcone for a week. Fantastic amenities, spotlessly-clean and superb breakfast. Nice and quiet place to stay for a few days, the staff is excellent, the food is great and the outdoor pool is amazing. If I have to say something about improving, some areas around the property are not very tidy and the bathroom needs upgrading.

Was somewhat hesitant to book this hotel, however this dissipated fast and my stay was very enjoyable. Check in was very professional and efficient. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and was cleaned daily: only recommendation is to improve quality of the mattresses. The view of the Vieste lighthouse is romantic and suggestive. The cuisine is very good, but the most important thing is that it tries (and manages!) To amaze you. In the rooms on the upper floors there is access to a common terrace with a breathtaking view of Vieste, the sea and the lighthouse. The breakfast is abundant and offers quality products. The staff are polite and friendly. The only critical point is the kitchen fumes that entered the bathroom window, creating a hood effect. We were forced to keep the window closed all the time.

No haute cuisine but good local food. If you are on the campsite I recommend this restaurant.

The food here was great. It is experimental and very well tasting. They have great attention to detail and everything is fresh. If you want traditional food this might not be for you - but if you want to experience a new version of an often conservative Italian kitchen. Then this is your place.
