Upmarket Italian beachside Lido hotel. Very clean. Rooms are a little basic but I guess during the season you’re either on the beach or by the pool all day - we were there in October. There’s direct access to their own beach and the hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are all spotlessly clean and the staff all very helpful. Food and drink prices are very reasonable too.
You can walk into Vieste, although it’s about 2km, a nice walk along the edge of the beach.

Was somewhat hesitant to book this hotel, however this dissipated fast and my stay was very enjoyable. Check in was very professional and efficient.
The room I stayed in was recently renovated and was cleaned daily: only recommendation is to improve quality of the mattresses.
Breakfast is one of he best I have experienced in Southern Italy with a good assortment of fruits, bread, cheese, ham etc... not only sweet treats. Service at the restaurant is excellent with great attention to customers.

I like everything but the dining is to much White and the radio was on ..loud and not necessary at all . The personnel on the dining room is « robotics ..and not sympathic ..! The rest is perfection!

English: After a long time that we go to Vieste in September, for the second part we opted for the Garden Hotel Ripa, attracted by the four stars. The impact is beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool, covered parking, large reception, single rooms. However, the room we stayed in had old furniture, bathroom with things to fix, shower box with broken doors etc, headboard and part behind the television never cleaned, single mattresses attached and not a double. Swimming pool with hydromassage that had seven working shower heads two. Beautiful restaurant with an impact all white, I asked for wholemeal bread I was told without reasons (no there is not) in a four star? We asked for alternative courses, for the first course pasta with tomato sauce, for the second course grilled steak, the staff anything but kind, even the greeting was missing, when we collected a course that we did not appreciate it was said that the second course would be better? Almost smiling! in the fairly repetitive menu there also appeared courses with different names but the same products. I believe this hotel is absolutely not a four star, but that is not what is disturbing, it is a certain type of attitude and superficiality. Personally, I will never go again and I honestly advise against it.

The structure is surrounded by greenery a few steps from the beach. The spacious and very clean rooms offer all comforts: telephone, television, air conditioning, mini bar and safe. The breakfast is very rich. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. On the beach the umbrellas are well spaced.

Excellent modern hotel with 4-star rooms immersed in a well-kept and quiet garden, convenient parking, adequate swimming pool, well-kept beach with a beautiful view of Vieste and Pizzomunno and with a bar that is definitely up to par. The location is not too far from Vieste and is on the promenade. Absolutely recommended

We stayed at the hotel from 2nd to 8th September. Spacious room, excellent cleanliness and well taken care of. The hotel is barrier-free and very accessible in all areas including the bathing establishment. The restaurant's cuisine is good for both lunch and dinner, a rich and plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, worth a try.

Excellent structure, food, hospitality and top services. The service on the beach is also excellent. I also recommend this structure for those with dogs, who are accepted in a fantastic way. Thank you!!

Very beautiful structure with the right separations between the various environments (swimming pool, parking, refreshment area, rooms.) immersed in a well-kept garden, an elegant and relaxing environment perfect for those who want to take a few days of rest. Friendly and helpful staff, specifically the night porter who served at the pool bar in the evening and in turn ran to the reception to hand over the keys to customers who entered, the only downside was a few more dishes on the dinner buffet, and I would add advice to look at the bathrooms, (like ours there was a broken shower surface and a broken arm) for a 4 star it is not acceptable. but overall I would return tomorrow but alas I have to wait until next year.
