A nice hotel in the center of Vieste. Good service. Can be recommended

Stayed as part of an InnTravel walking holiday. Great location for both walking and restaurants & bars in Vieste. Hotel a little dated. Breakfasts basic. Staff, however, lovely and bed comfortable. Shower tight and fridge didn’t appear to work. Might be worth noting Vieste doesn’t come to life until late. We found i gioielli di famiglia in the old part of town … Anna and her family couldn’t be nicer and their food is excellent and substantial!

Could do better
There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel.
When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath.
Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night.
During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition.
Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes.
Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste.

The hotel is nice and central to the city. The wife signal was weak. Quiet and clean and very nice staff

The hotel is well located very near the old town and marina. It has a nice lobby/reception area. The staff spoke limited English and there was no one available when we wanted to check out. The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed, but we could not get the air conditioning to work so it was too hot. The breakfast was very poor. There was insufficient staff. The food was not replenished so very little available. The scrambled eggs were not kept warm and was very salty. Many of the pastries were underbaked and the bread was dry. That said the hotel was beautifully clean.

Nice hotel and very centrally located. Parking right in front of the hotel. Very nice host. Rooms are large and furnished with antique furniture. Rooms with balcony and sea view. Breakfast was good. Can highly recommend it.

Hotel in a strategic position close to the main attractions of Vieste. Large junior suite with balcony and side sea view. Very friendly staff and attentive to customer needs. The price of the room included breakfast and beach service.

We stayed in August with our family in this hotel. Our stay experience was negative. Strong smell of smoke in the room, poor breakfast, dark and small side room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in Vieste.

A nice location very close to the Port, the beach and town. Lots of places to eat within a few steps. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue we had was that the A/C in our room was not working when we checked in. It took 1 day to get it fixed. Since it was the end of May they had not switched from heating to cooling yet. Everything was fine the next morning.
