I spent a week at Adler with my kids and we were absolutely astonished how a small boutique hotel developed a client care that top 5* hotels could only dream of! Room was super comfortable, better than on the photos, food is amazing but first and foremost, people working there are simply top of the top! Coming back next year for sure!!!

Excellent hotel in the center of Andalo. Spa and swimming pool available during the day (also a mini club and every day at least an excursion for the guest). We didn’t have dinner only b&b. Recommended

Enjoyed very much with my stay 2 remarks. On hot nights a fan must be provided. If you sleep with open door the mosquitos are jumping on you. I felt a little strange sitting outside the dining room at breakfast,only since we were on B&B. there was no air conditioning at the lobby Breakfast could be more variety there were no vegetables

OTTIMO WEEKEND Personale super educato ed efficiente (soprattutto al ristorante e bar) Cibo fantastico (magari più abbondanza nei piatti) Camera davvero spaziosa, comoda e pulita Spazio bar e parti comuni accoglienti Ottima cura nei dettagli e super adatto anche con neonati e bambini (e ce ne sono). Posizione super centrale e comoda a tutto! Se proprio proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto negativo...

Il ristorante è sicuramente il punto di forza: piatti prelibati, servizio impeccabile, staff giovane e molto gentile. Camere pulite e calde. La ragazza che ci ha accolto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo lasciato le chiavi della macchina senza preoccuparci del parcheggio che hanno fatto loro.

5 minutes and 300 m is Michele's motto to get you to the top of the mountain or finish an excursion....for him there are always only 5 or 300 meters left...What a laugh we really enjoyed...everything for the evenings for the amazing politeness and professionalism with Niko we will definitely come back

Spent here a 5-night-stay at a Junior Suit. The room was extremely spacy, well and nicely equipped. Rich breakfasts and 4-course-dinners with a choice from 4 different meals. Great offer of local wines. The meals were so tasty and delicious! Friendly and attentive staff. Moreover, a beautiful Spa area and a Thermal pool are great relaxation after skiing. Perfect hotel. Me and my partner spent a wonderful weekend there, waking up with splendid view on the sunny mountain peaks. You have everything you need walking distance from ski pistes. Breakfast very good, nice personal, outside pool and saunas included. Thank you for such an experience!

Our room was newly renovated and was spotless. You can't have a better location than the Nordik hotel. Wellness centre is nice specially sauna and the pool. Food is amazing

Our fourth time here, and we absolutely love it. Everything is wonderful, but in a warm family friendly kind of way, which is why it is our tradition to come here every year. The owners are so kind, that they feel like family, as is the staff and the animatori in the kids club. The amenities are excellent and the rooms are really comfortable. Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms, a lot of attention to cleanliness, excellent cuisine, friendly and helpful owners. The waitresses are also very nice. solid food, rooms are quite ok, position near ski lift is the biggest advantage. Too many annoying kids

+ Luxury restaurant, great meals + Daily cleaned rooms + Great location nearby the ski lift + Little kids for free, but without real bed (folding armchair into bunk instead beds for kids) - Bunk bed without effective falling protection, I woke up by every movement of kids to check whether they fall down - No entry and none elevator from parking, just from garage - Some strange box on the wall ticks...

If you come for skiing, this hotel is probably at the best spot in Andalo. Managed by a family, hospitality is top priority, and as a guest it is a pleasure to return. Great accomodation for families with inside and outside playgrounds. Daily events organised for children/adults like walking hiking in the area, baby dance in the evening, carnival... Strategic place for a very pleasant week in Andalo. Really close to everything, the Meridiana residence is clean, comfortable and really very very nice. Everything well explained, courteous and helpful staff, functional crockery and appliances. Linen and towels supplied, but pot holders and cloths for the kitchen are missing. On request and with a small contribution, it is possible to change linen...

Just come back from a 4 night long weekend stay. the apartment we had was excellent with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and lounge/dining area, also 2 balconies. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great position near the ski hire/ski bus/ski lifts, restaurants/shops etc. Nice and quiet at night. We will be booking again for next year.

This hotel is fantastic. Our room was very large and very comfortable even for American standards. We spent 10 days there, and never felt cramped. Everything was extremely clean, the room, the hallways and the dining area, not a small thing given we were there in ski season. Impeccable maid service. The sauna in the room was a treasure. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty, high quality food....

It is the 4th year that we go to Andalo in Trentino for 8 days and we stay at the Pier Hotel. We are very comfortable, very elegant hotel with about 30 rooms. Nice owners. The staff very helpful The nice big restaurant room. We eat well and let's say quite varied.

We booked on Saturday night for the next morning, the first week of August ... What can I say, they saved our holiday. Wonderful hotel, wonderful view, wonderful dinner and very kind staff ... I recommend to everyone. We will be back again next year !!

Lovely and clean apartment beside the main hotel. The food in the restaurant is a great introduction to local cuisine. Cosy bar area and would definitely recommend the spa as well!

Fantastic hotel for a family vacation in the wonderful mountains, in both summer and skiing seasons. Food at breakfast and dinner is excellent, refined and plentiful. The personnel is caring, entertaining (kids club) and highly knowledgeable (catering). The SPA is very well designed and warms the heart. Oh, and did I mention the jaw-dropping views? It’s a place you will want to come back to!

Spotlessly clean, great facilities and lovely staff, we had breakfast and dinner and both were lovely .I would highly recommend for a family getaway. Great location as well. A five minute walk to the gondola and ski lockers , would highly recommend 👌
