I spent a week at Adler with my kids and we were absolutely astonished how a small boutique hotel developed a client care that top 5* hotels could only dream of! Room was super comfortable, better than on the photos, food is amazing but first and foremost, people working there are simply top of the top! Coming back next year for sure!!!

Returning to the Adler Hotel, more than eight months after our last stay, we're in for a treat. First and foremost, the newly renovated, very large and comfortable suites are cozy and warm thanks to the use of wood, but also technologically advanced (two plasma TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.). The suites feature a spacious personal hygiene area, a large walk-in closet, a corner for herbal tea, coffee, and snacks, and a well-stocked minibar. The highlight of the new suites is their private sauna in the room and a spacious jacuzzi on the balcony, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on a comfortable lounge chair. Of course, the hotel's other wonderful qualities remain unchanged: friendly and welcoming staff, excellent cuisine and service, a wellness center, and a spa with sauna master Niko (his aufguss is absolutely a must-see). It's a place where, upon checking out, you're already thinking about your next stay.

The hotel cares for its guests' well-being down to the last detail, resulting in truly enjoyable days of total relaxation. It's highly recommended for families with small children; the entertainment team will take care of the little ones, giving parents moments of relaxation. Congratulations to the entertainment team, especially Ludovica and Michele! For older guests, the excursions they organize guarantee top-notch entertainment. Congratulations to Alessandro, the ski guide, ski instructor, and mountain biker, for the joy of leading me on my first MTB downhill experience. The truly excellent cuisine is also worth mentioning!

Excellent hotel in the center of Andalo. Spa and swimming pool available during the day (also a mini club and every day at least an excursion for the guest). We didn’t have dinner only b&b. Recommended

Enjoyed very much with my stay
2 remarks. On hot nights a fan must be provided. If you sleep with open door the mosquitos are jumping on you.
I felt a little strange sitting outside the dining room at breakfast,only since we were on B&B. there was no air conditioning at the lobby

OTTIMO WEEKEND Personale super educato ed efficiente (soprattutto al ristorante e bar) Cibo fantastico (magari più abbondanza nei piatti) Camera davvero spaziosa, comoda e pulita Spazio bar e parti comuni accoglienti Ottima cura nei dettagli e super adatto anche con neonati e bambini (e ce ne sono). Posizione super centrale e comoda a tutto! Se proprio proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto negativo: piscina troppo piccola internamente, ma la cosa non disturba. Esperienza da ripetere! Grazie Ps: il giro dei tavoli da parte del titolare per chiedere se andava tutto bene 10 e lode!

Il ristorante è sicuramente il punto di forza: piatti prelibati, servizio impeccabile, staff giovane e molto gentile. Camere pulite e calde. La ragazza che ci ha accolto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo lasciato le chiavi della macchina senza preoccuparci del parcheggio che hanno fatto loro.

Beautiful hotel, very good wellness center run by Nikola with care and kindness. The waiters, although very young, were very good and kind, in particular FAUSTO, ours, was incomparable, prepared for everything, helped us choose wine and satisfied all our requests. In addition, we also did excursions, always with him, we made a beautiful walk, he explained a lot to us, and it was super.

WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOTEL UNTIL 26/8 DAYS NOTHING NEGATIVE. CLEAN AND REAL BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, GREAT FOOD, VERY KIND AND AVAILABLE STAFF HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL ALSO FOR THOSE WHO WITH SMALL CHILDREN SEE LOTS OF ANIMATIONS. BEAUTIFUL NOLTO POOL AND VERY GOOD WELLNESS CENTER. WE WILL DEFINITELY be back.

We stayed at Cristallo for a week for summer holiday. The staff was super nice - the Hotel is family-owned. The food was really good - honest, home-cooked food. And most importantly, the entertaining program for the kids with the host Vincenzo was really nice. He was super-prepared, active and engaged everybody. The kids loved him. A very nice stay indeed. The hotel is also near the cable car (absolutely does not disturb your stay in the hotel), which is good, if you want to use it. There are parking spaces (many of them semi-covered) reserved for the hotel guests, so parking close by is no problem. The hotel features a wellness with a pool - the pool is smaller than one would expect for such hotel, but it is good for kids. There is also another pool dedicated for really small kids. There is a sauna, steam bath and hot herbal room. The only thing I was truly missing, was a cold bath to dunk in. The cold showers are in reality lukewarm, so the effect is not the same.

Spent a week here and loved it! A short walk to the gondola. Secure ski storage for your equipment. Great food at the restaurant and a nice pub that has delicious Asperol spritz drinks that are so refreshing. Highly recommended!

Amazing family holiday in a winter and chirstmas atmosphere. Hotel Cristallo made our experience smooth and comfort. Kindness and readiness from people of the staff. Location next to the slopes. Also, children animation is offered. Very valuable

We stayed in this wonderful property with a 7 month old baby girl. Super recommended, even for those with small children because they have everything they need at their disposal (for example, a trekking stroller, baby bath tub, baby food ..). The family that runs the hotel and the entire staff (entertainer, beautician, bartender, room and floor waiter) are really kind, very helpful, professional, always smiling. Central location next to the cable car. Clean, beautiful rooms. Great quality food and plenty of choice every day.
