Hotel Nordik in Andalo

We stayed at Cristallo for a week for summer holiday. The staff was super nice - the Hotel is family-owned. The food was really good - honest, home-cooked food. And most importantly, the entertaining program for the kids with the host Vincenzo was really nice. He was super-prepared, active and engaged everybody. The kids loved him. A very nice stay indeed. The hotel is also near the cable car (absolutely does not disturb your stay in the hotel), which is good, if you want to use it. There are parking spaces (many of them semi-covered) reserved for the hotel guests, so parking close by is no problem. The hotel features a wellness with a pool - the pool is smaller than one would expect for such hotel, but it is good for kids. There is also another pool dedicated for really small kids. There is a sauna, steam bath and hot herbal room. The only thing I was truly missing, was a cold bath to dunk in. The cold showers are in reality lukewarm, so the effect is not the same.
Our kids and us liked the place very much and we can only recommend it!

Spent a week here and loved it! A short walk to the gondola. Secure ski storage for your equipment. Great food at the restaurant and a nice pub that has delicious Asperol spritz drinks that are so refreshing. Highly recommended!

Amazing family holiday in a winter and chirstmas atmosphere. Hotel Cristallo made our experience smooth and comfort. Kindness and readiness from people of the staff. Location next to the slopes. Also, children animation is offered. Very valuable

We stayed in this wonderful property with a 7 month old baby girl. Super recommended, even for those with small children because they have everything they need at their disposal (for example, a trekking stroller, baby bath tub, baby food ..). The family that runs the hotel and the entire staff (entertainer, beautician, bartender, room and floor waiter) are really kind, very helpful, professional, always smiling. Central location next to the cable car. Clean, beautiful rooms. Great quality food and plenty of choice every day.
