It’s the second time when we chose to spend Christmas at Cavallino and we always had a great time ! We like the location , the staff if very professional , kind and helpful. Rooms are big , clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and very presentable too . We like to support the family businesses and we will definitely be back !

We stayed with full board at the Cavallino in the week of August, this hotel is absolutely wonderful !!! We were thrilled with the organization, the kindness, the courtesy, the services, all perfect! Hotel with beautiful rooms where wood is the main architectural element, bright, quiet, spacious and spotless, tidied up twice a day, with terraces from which it seems to touch the Dolomites. And you can also choose the pillow for free among the many proposed! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and also a mid-afternoon snack, with exquisite dishes, great choice and variety, well-stocked buffet, all kinds of desserts, excellent pastries. Pools and wellness center for total relaxation, animation kids always smiling and ready to entertain the little ones and propose activities throughout the day. And then the yoga lessons, the walks, the excursions, the activity, all proposed with the utmost care and organization. We were truly pampered, thank you and see you soon

Leave because of this was at times pleasant. More we are not where did not receive such services , room service and quality of work .
Really liked the food, four times a day . A large children's room , the animators are very friendly . Small gym.
great restaurant . Employees of the restaurant is super - especially Guido 10+ balls.
Also, the bar staff , information and staff numbers .
Regularly clean up the room , change sheets and towels .
Very comfortable spa , although not large. But for the price , this corresponds to .
The hotel is close to the slopes . Near two lifts . For the equipment will be transferred by bus to the ski rental .
For a week we paid 160,00 eur for the three sets of 2 + 1 children .
Warm and cozy rooms . View super. Everything that we planned to have a vacation , we got .

We stayed at Cristallo for a week for summer holiday. The staff was super nice - the Hotel is family-owned. The food was really good - honest, home-cooked food. And most importantly, the entertaining program for the kids with the host Vincenzo was really nice. He was super-prepared, active and engaged everybody. The kids loved him. A very nice stay indeed. The hotel is also near the cable car (absolutely does not disturb your stay in the hotel), which is good, if you want to use it. There are parking spaces (many of them semi-covered) reserved for the hotel guests, so parking close by is no problem. The hotel features a wellness with a pool - the pool is smaller than one would expect for such hotel, but it is good for kids. There is also another pool dedicated for really small kids. There is a sauna, steam bath and hot herbal room. The only thing I was truly missing, was a cold bath to dunk in. The cold showers are in reality lukewarm, so the effect is not the same.

Kind and friendly staff - extremely helpful. Optimum position for skiers, excellent facilities for children and Non skiers.

Spent a week here and loved it! A short walk to the gondola. Secure ski storage for your equipment. Great food at the restaurant and a nice pub that has delicious Asperol spritz drinks that are so refreshing. Highly recommended!

Amazing family holiday in a winter and chirstmas atmosphere. Hotel Cristallo made our experience smooth and comfort. Kindness and readiness from people of the staff. Location next to the slopes. Also, children animation is offered. Very valuable

We stayed in this wonderful property with a 7 month old baby girl. Super recommended, even for those with small children because they have everything they need at their disposal (for example, a trekking stroller, baby bath tub, baby food ..). The family that runs the hotel and the entire staff (entertainer, beautician, bartender, room and floor waiter) are really kind, very helpful, professional, always smiling. Central location next to the cable car. Clean, beautiful rooms. Great quality food and plenty of choice every day.
