This hotel is fantastic. Our room was very large and very comfortable even for American standards. We spent 10 days there, and never felt cramped. Everything was extremely clean, the room, the hallways and the dining area, not a small thing given we were there in ski season. Impeccable maid service. The sauna in the room was a treasure. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty, high quality food. On the first day I mentioned my food allergies, and by next morning there was a large variety of stuff that complied with all my needs. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice (and very hard working) and easy to get along with even when language was a barrier. The location is super central to everything: the ski lift, pool, ice-skating, stores, cafes, restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Strategic place for a very pleasant week in Andalo. Really close to everything, the Meridiana residence is clean, comfortable and really very very nice.

Everything well explained, courteous and helpful staff, functional crockery and appliances.
Linen and towels supplied, but pot holders and cloths for the kitchen are missing.

On request and with a small contribution, it is possible to change linen in the middle of the week, such as breakfast in the dining room (I remember the price of the latter, €10/person).
It is also possible to request the cleaning of the apartment, but we were not able to use it because my three children, my husband and I stayed here in the very busy week between New Year's and Epiphany and the staff was super busy.

Last note, on the ground floor of the Residence there is a souvenir shop/emporium where you can buy nice souvenirs or maybe something you forgot to pack.

Finally, to fully enjoy the day of sun, slopes and ski school, we took advantage of the Long Check-out; this allowed us, paying an extra 50€, to leave the accommodation at 16.00 so as to be able to face the return journey after a healthy refresh and change.

Just come back from a 4 night long weekend stay. the apartment we had was excellent with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and lounge/dining area, also 2 balconies. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great position near the ski hire/ski bus/ski lifts, restaurants/shops etc. Nice and quiet at night. We will be booking again for next year.

We stayed at Cristallo for a week for summer holiday. The staff was super nice - the Hotel is family-owned. The food was really good - honest, home-cooked food. And most importantly, the entertaining program for the kids with the host Vincenzo was really nice. He was super-prepared, active and engaged everybody. The kids loved him. A very nice stay indeed. The hotel is also near the cable car (absolutely does not disturb your stay in the hotel), which is good, if you want to use it. There are parking spaces (many of them semi-covered) reserved for the hotel guests, so parking close by is no problem. The hotel features a wellness with a pool - the pool is smaller than one would expect for such hotel, but it is good for kids. There is also another pool dedicated for really small kids. There is a sauna, steam bath and hot herbal room. The only thing I was truly missing, was a cold bath to dunk in. The cold showers are in reality lukewarm, so the effect is not the same.
Our kids and us liked the place very much and we can only recommend it!

Spent a week here and loved it! A short walk to the gondola. Secure ski storage for your equipment. Great food at the restaurant and a nice pub that has delicious Asperol spritz drinks that are so refreshing. Highly recommended!

Amazing family holiday in a winter and chirstmas atmosphere. Hotel Cristallo made our experience smooth and comfort. Kindness and readiness from people of the staff. Location next to the slopes. Also, children animation is offered. Very valuable

We stayed in this wonderful property with a 7 month old baby girl. Super recommended, even for those with small children because they have everything they need at their disposal (for example, a trekking stroller, baby bath tub, baby food ..). The family that runs the hotel and the entire staff (entertainer, beautician, bartender, room and floor waiter) are really kind, very helpful, professional, always smiling. Central location next to the cable car. Clean, beautiful rooms. Great quality food and plenty of choice every day.
