I stayed at this hotel in April 2026 with a group of children on a school skiing trip. The hotel was clearly oversold and it was so busy and not enough social space for children to socialise. The staff were so rude to our school staff and pupils and when we checked out they made up a whole load of damages to rooms and wanted over €600 to repair. The worrying thing for me was having staff workers staying in rooms next to our pupils and clearly smoking and the corridors smelt horrific. I spoke to the person on reception and she said that it wasn’t a problem! I responded with it’s a non-smoking hotel! Would not recommend this hotel to school groups.

I’m sure out of school holiday season the hotel is fine. During school holidays, 400 children in the facility was too much. Overcrowding rooms with 5 children sharing was too much. It’s a hotel room not a dormitory.

The rooms are acceptable, although there is an issue with heating control (the radiators are constantly cold). Breakfasts are average, while dinners are very good. The location is excellent. If you are focused on skiing rather than luxury, this hotel is definitely a good choice.

Great hotel, except for the WiFi. When the local ski lifts close at 4:30pm and there's minimal apres-ski, you'd like to be able to use the evenings to catch up with friends & family at home. But the WiFi only works in the hotel reception and bar, not in rooms. It's misconfigured which confuses devices: they say "failed to get an IP address". I tried telling the staff this but they just said the WiFi isn't intended for use in rooms. (I don't think this is right. There's clearly a repeater on the 2nd floor that's misconfigured. But even if so, it's 2026: how does a hotel not offer WiFi in rooms?) Between that, and the loud clumping noises of people marching along in ski boots after dark (?!), the evenings in the room weren't as pleasant as they could be. There's also not anywhere to refill water bottles with tap water (you have to go to one of the bars on the main street). Apart from those issues, the hotel was great. Very helpful staff with very good English. A short walk/ski to the road you need to cross to reach the ski lifts. Clean and comfy reception area and bar. Good breakfast. (Note that there are two coffee machines that make bad coffee and one tucked off in the corner that makes much better coffee. Look for the one with a queue to use it!)

Let’s start off with a positive. The location is great, short walk to the slopes. Now I and a few others we met at the hotel managed to get food poisoning. We continuously found hair in our food during the dinners. When we raised the issue nothing was said and we was ignored. We saw staff biting, picking their nails and sneezing into their hands while standing around the food and serving food and all without washing their hands. The rooms where a mess, hair on the beds on “freshly cleaned rooms on arrival” yet when it was mentioned we was told they have been cleaned thoroughly. The cleaners used the same mop of dirty water throughout the entire room, didn’t dry the floor and when we dried the floor with a towel the towel was black with dirt. The beds were also like sleeping on cardboard.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, very clean. Very friendly staff specially at bar and restaurant and animation (nice program for kids). Food was good too. We had really nice week staying there.

Great location within a walking distance (10mins) to the slopes. Family friendly hotel with helpful staff and great food choices especially the desserts. Enjoyed our stay

Pro: Everything you would want from a large-scale family-oriented hotel chain on the slopes. Pretty well run. Generous volume of catering. Comfortable rooms. Slickly operated to run at scale. Good facilities for little children, if you have them. Cons: Everything you would expect from a large-scale family-oriented hotel chain on the slopes. Service is pretty anonymous. Catering is pretty generic. This sort of worked for supper, but less so for breakfast.

Location: The hotel is very well located – approx. 80 m from the slope leading to the glacier (often the walk from the parking area is longer than from the hotel to the slope) and about 200 m to the lifts across the street. The property is situated slightly away from the town center, but it takes only about a 5-minute walk. Excellent location. Rooms: The rooms are renovated, clean, and functional. The bathroom is separated by frosted glass – no issues here. A big plus is the ski room with individual lockers. Restaurant: The restaurant is spacious; however, the tables are placed very close to each other. It is difficult to move between them, which results in crowding and reduces overall dining comfort. Meals: Continental breakfasts with a wide selection, and dinners are tasty in terms of product quality. Unfortunately, a major downside is the temperature of the food – all dishes that should be served hot are cold or at best lukewarm, even when brought directly from the kitchen. Cold fish, pasta, meat, sausages, or scrambled eggs are simply unacceptable and significantly lower the overall dining experience. Service: Overall, the service is acceptable; however, during the Christmas Eve dinner we ordered wine and, despite reminding the staff several times (around five times), it was never delivered. There appears to be too little staff for a restaurant of this size.

Staff were helpful and spoke english, which was very helpful as my Italian is very limited. The rooms were very clean, modern and cleaned everyday. The food as amazing, great selection and really good. My gluten free colleague as also very well catered for. I would definitely use this hotel again.
