Hotel Walter in Gatteo a Mare

A wonderful 14-day stay that left us satisfied and happy. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with excellent sea views, meticulously cleaned and towels changed. The food was excellent, with a wide selection for both lunch and dinner, including the delicious Ferragosto menu.
The hotel is just steps from the sea and the town center. They even took our little dog, which unfortunately isn't a given.
Mr. Quinto, along with the bartender Renato and all the staff, both inside and outside, were wonderful people, extremely helpful with every request and always ready to accommodate.

Everything was perfect. From the courtesy to the cleanliness. Excellent cuisine.
Very close to the sea. Our room wasn't huge but comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small.
I recommend it.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Walter for the first time from the 12th to the 14th, and then again from the 18th to the 20th. I have to say we had a great time! In fact, we returned the following week! Very simple, family-run hotel. Mr. Quinto was very kind, including all his staff! Close to the sea, a 100-meter walk. The food is simple but very good. If you have children like us, every request is always greeted with a smile, which is not always a given. The price was fair. In short, we will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Walter in Gatteo Mare and we had a really great time. We really liked the room: cozy, clean and comfortable. The food was also excellent, with tasty and well-prepared dishes.

The real strong point, however, was the staff: extremely kind, helpful and always ready to chat, which we really appreciated.

The location is perfect: the beach can be reached on foot in five minutes, and by car you can easily reach the historic center of Rimini and other nearby locations. We also really liked Gatteo Mare, it is a pleasant and relaxing area.

A truly beautiful experience, which left us with excellent memories. We will definitely return in the future!

Hotel very well kept and clean. Very friendly owner and staff. The portions are generous and the food good. The beach is a five minute walk away and the hotel has an agreement with Bagno Niagara whose owners are very kind and friendly. I will definitely be happy to return to this hotel next year.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon, Mr. Quinto welcomed us with extreme kindness. At first glance, the slightly dated structure might have led one to think that the place wasn't much... but I have to say that I had a great time!! Clean smell throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas... clean towels every day (and this is not a given), the food was really excellent, the cuisine was classic, traditional, without too many frills, but excellent nonetheless . You can reach the sea 100 meters on foot in 5 minutes, we stayed at the Niagara beach, obviously in agreement with the hotel, I can't say enough good things about this too, the owner helpful and polite, the beach always clean and the sunbeds available order.
I will definitely come back!!! I sincerely thank Mr. Quinto for carrying forward this activity with passion and for always having a smile on his face, he is truly a person from another era!! See you next year!!!

Good hotel to stay for a few days.

Stayed a week in this hotel for the second year. Very nice staff. Good food from breakfast to dinner. Good value for money. Maybe they could improve a little bit in room cleaning.
