Hotel Lydia in Cervia

If I could I would give zero stars just for the treatment received. Why talking about the superior room with a bunk bed, without a minibar and without even a hand soap in the bathroom and the safe that doesn't work seems superfluous to me.

We book this hotel as it says on the website that bicycles were available and we requested them at the time of booking. A week before our arrival for confirmation we sent an email to which they replied that they no longer had the bikes because they had been stolen (okay) but a serious hotel would have made other bicycles available since "the bike rental is at 50 meters from us ”and if you write on the site that there is a service you have to make sure you have it or have an alternative. However, we take the only bicycle available and rent another three, unfortunately at the end of the evening we find the bicycle with the front wheel broken and unable to carry it by hand, we decide to leave it tied up and then notify the hotel owners to decide how to do it. They start attacking us by calling us liars and that it was better if we admitted that they had stolen it (that I don't understand what we gain by saying that they had broken it and not stolen it, don't worry we didn't want to take it home) the fact is that after giving us some liars and attacked they wanted 70 € for an old bicycle that even with the full wheel maybe it was worth 5 €
Experience not to be repeated at all, learn to manage customers in a better way!
