Hotel Cola Frontemare in Bellaria-Igea Marina

Sometimes one really wonders what the stars are assigned to. We had never been to Bellaria, but always between Gatteo and Valverde. Well, I don't know if this is the case in Bellaria, but this hotel in Valverde might have 1 star. Worn and weathered rooms and hotels. Kitchen not up to par. Wait staff courteous but reception and management rough and without greeting, neither on arrival nor on departure. Certainly returning to Bellaria we will not return here.

After reading what the property comments to those who make negative reviews I almost fear. Certainly there is a need to reflect: a rare example of hotel management that does not know the concept of "customer" and "hotelier". Perhaps for those who write answers it would be necessary on refresher course of good manners. WE SURE WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. We didn't complain because vacation is relaxation and avoiding anger in August but this hotel really not only needs a building renovation (very old 80's rooms) but also an upgrade of the meaning of "customer". By the way: never a greeting to recpetion is, it costs effort. How difficult it is to wear the mask given the numerous cases. Never more. Don't take half board or full board.
